I have been coming here for the past few years, and it has always been reliable and the price is reasonable. My dirt bikes and quads have been through a lot but are still going strong because of the repair and maintenance received here. Took my SxS to these guys in December, just now getting it back and running the way it was before snapping a belt. Paid 5 hours labor + additional expenses for a cleaning of a clutch and replacement of a belt. Talked to the main dude there(from what I could tell) and he told me that parts(if needed upon cleaning and removal/replacement) would be no more than about $100 since these clutches are found on every street corner...but when I get "the call" from them about the replacement parts, they said it would actually be $300 instead. I asked the main dude about this and all he says is "yep" and that was it. Didn't say anything about him giving me a triple price quote on PARTS AFTER HE HAD ALREADY INSPECTED AND REMOVED THE PRIOR CLUTCH. Talk about the ultimate in bait and switch. I have been looking for a reliable shop for my SxS, my quad, my Harley, my dirt bike and everything else in my life that makes living fun....sadly, I am still going to be looking after this experience. I am giving 2 stars because they actually DID some work on it, and people should get paid for work done, even if you don't agree with it, and I don't want their business to be affected by this one circumstance. Wow. I used to rely on this place and thought they had a good business going. Unfortunately, they have completely gone downhill and I will never go back. Here's why: 1) My bill was DOUBLE what I was quoted when I authorized the work. I talked to two different people and maybe they got their signals crossed, but this is inexcusable and it was quite a bit of money down the drain. 2) Despite my written bill stating that they "removed, cleaned, oiled, and reinstalled" the air filter, THE AIR FILTER WAS MISSING! THEY DIDN'T EVEN REINSTALL THE BOOT!! I checked the old parts bag and found the boot, but no air filter. What a horrible lack of attention to detail. 3) There were panel attachment bolts missing from the body panel around the air filter. They were not in the parts bag. 4) My invoice said tire pressure was set on all tires. It wasn't even close. 5) My invoice said the unit was washed. It was filthy. Although these last two items were not a big deal, it certainly makes me wonder where else they cut corners or simply failed to do the work they claimed to have done. I now have zero trust in these guys due to their obvious dishonesty, outrageous overcharging, and failure to competently complete even the most basic tasks. If nothing else, I hope this review prompts them to get their act together for the customers who choose to continue to use them, because I'm certainly not going back. read more

If there was a way to give a negative star rating this place would deserve it. Took my ATV to these guys with a intermittent gas leak problem. After keeping it for a month they told me they couldn't find a leak. I then called another place in St. Maries. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and made the repair within the next 2 day, all for far less than what I paid JH to do some basic maintenance items while never solving the original gas leak problem. STAY AWAY! Dropped off a UTV for a repair and we agreed on spending up to $200 of labor to diagnose the problem. When we checked back in on the progress after over a month, they said they were in it over $400 in labor and still hadn't got to the problem because of a stripped bolt that would cause more hours of labor to remove more parts to be able to try to get the stripped bolt out to get to the problem (and I'm pretty sure they stripped the bolt anyway). Finally, we pulled the machine from this place and took it somewhere else, with no diagnosis and parts piled on the seat and floor, including the spark plugs that had been left out of the engine for the 3 months it was in their lot. At least they did drop the price down from over $400 to closer to the $200 that was agreed on, but I was left with a machine in worse shape than when it was brought in. In addition, the guy running the place (don't recall his name, skinny reddish haired guy) has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. He is not at all pleasant to deal with, between his lack of customer service and being too busy to care about you or your machine. I will never go back here and will tell anyone I know to avoid this place. read more

I had a major issue with my seadoo and these guys got it back to me in a perfect time frame for a very reasonable price. I like how the owner explained thoroughly what was wrong and showed me the broken/replaced parts after the repairs. It was very helpful in giving me functional knowledge of how my machine works. Definitely two thumbs up and will use them whenever needed in the future. read more
