It was clear that I was in competent and caring hands to get my dental health on the right track. So far, I've had a dental cleaning and some gum treatment along with the new X-Rays and 3D scans of my teeth. My dental hygienist Tayjay has done a great job and Dr. Gustafson was very friendly and helped map out the next steps in my treatment plan which will include teeth whitening and new composite fillings. I had called around other dentists in the area and one well renown place wanted me to pay upfront for new X-Rays before they could even meet with me which was VERY off-putting and GM couldn't have been more different - they were welcoming, took a look under the hood before suggesting treatment plans, were transparent with pricing, and walked me through different payment options. After having issues all my life getting quality restorations (fillings and crowns) I found this place. Friendly staff, great quality restorations. Silber's assistant Sharon is so good at making temporary crowns, I'd be inclined to leave it in, if not for the material and cement not being permanent, lol! I've had small issues with repairs not holding up (rare occasion) but I attribute that to not wearing a bite guard at night (I'm a grinder) and if you have crowns that's a must! And everyone's mouth is different, we all chew differently. Your teeth also move around throughout your life (muscles and tendons reposition and re-tension). Plus, the deeper the filling, more likely for issues. And the more times a tooth has been worked on, it becomes more sensitized and the work becomes more complicated. He never pushes for more work than is necessary. He's made sure I'm pain free in any case. Even gave me a free replacement crown when it cracked (I have a heavy bite and wasn't wearing bite guard at that time). If you ever have discomfort after a restoration, just go back and they will do their best to make it right for free.

This dentist overbills, has patients coming 3 to 4 times a year for dental cleaning, and is rude and either incompetent or just a scam artist. I went to her for a denture. She checked my mouth briefly and sent a request for approval from my insurance company. Since seeing her I went to two other dentists and found out a denture would not hold for 5 minutes in my mouth because I have so much bone loss there is nothing for a denture to hold onto. I have to have a bone graft before a denture would stay in my mouth. Chalasini said nothing about this, received approval from my insurance company, and if I hadn't had two other opinions would have gone ahead, losing over half my annual dental insurance "budget", and the denture would be sitting in a drawer somewhere, certainly not in my mouth. Check to see her overbilling and find another dentist for even the most basic things. Thankfully I sensed something was wrong with this office, and I was right. This office is a nightmare. Save yourself.
