I want to take this time to say how wall street money brokers have helped me to ref. my home. I have been working with Tim for couple years trying to see if i qualify to ref my home. every time we would check it was never close or it would not have been in my best interest at that time to do so. or i would have to come up with a big down payment inorder to ref which i never had. Tim was always patient with me, we would do the numbers and he would always say lets wait for another year and see what happens. i kept paying my 2 loans down without missing a payment. so finally this march i was able to ref after waiting 10 years since i bought my home. i couldn't believe it that this day came. i went to see Tim at his office we sat down did all the numbers and he said it would work this time I remember couple days before closing i had to sign the papers i got cold feet because my monthly payment looked bigger than before with my 2 loans and i thought i had made with worst mistake . how was i going to pay my other bills with this big payment now. he was on vacation he called me back while he was on vacation he was very calm and patient talked with me. the next day i went to his office sat me down and did the numbers with me again to show for the whole year's worth how much i would be saving with this new loan. i felt better after i left his office that i did the right thing and things were going to be alot easier for me than with the old loans. am so greatful for all you have done for me Tim.
