First; I am a very old man. I know nothing of these modern products in these shops. I walk in looking for something for a friend of mine. I am totally lost. A young man, Ethan, who I have never met before, greets me and asks to help me. Instead of saying: Ok Boomer and Shining me on, He took the time to explain about the the products I was looking for and and took the time, like a good salesmans should. He went thru the sales information I was looking for- honestly and patiently. I was impressed because most of these young people nowadays, either dont know anything or dont care, in my opinion. It was refreshing to see a Young , Knowledgable , Honest person to talk to with about all the Myriad of Confusing Choices they have in these Shops, today. I have only been in this shop one or two times in my life. Cool Incense smells and posters! all those Glass cases! Reminded me of the Old Stereo Byrd record shop across the way that I visited Oh so many Decades ago. When I wore a Younger Mans' clothes. Great Atomosphere in this Smoke shop. Everything Spotless and well laid out products to look at. As an Old man , I expected these places to be kind of Seedy and Messy. The store was well lighted, Excellently laid out, and with very fair prices. I was looking for a common product but there were 30+ different ones in the Shop., Ethan- Smartly and Accurately advised me of the plus and minuses and price of what I was interested in. I spent a few minutes asking questions then he closed the Sale, and I put some Serious Money on the Counter. This young man deserves a Pay-Raise and a gold star for the day. To the Owners of this Smoke shop, Ethan is a Keeper and a Natural salesman. I will Certainly be back and shop at a store where I can trust the Help in deciding to buy something.
