Terrible service. I booked a full size SUV 1 month in advance. The afternoon before my appointment I get a call saying they don't have any full size SUVs available they only had a minivan. I was promised a discount for the inconvenience. Not only did I not receive a discount but I was lied to by the worker saying the price I was getting was a discount. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism this place displayed today and the manager Shania was the absolute worse.. I originally setup my insurance rental at the Gordon Highway location, they take it upon themselves to change my location to Bobby Jones location stating it was the closest to my repair shop even though I had my car towed on December the 26th so that was irrelevant and unnecessary, but ok cool I call Bobby Jones location on Jan 4th and spoke to whom I later found out was Darlene who stated she had me down for pickup on Today at 9 am, I get there and start working with a guy-- Shania doesn't even acknowledge me at all until I let the guy know I did not want a suv a car would have been sufficient i-- she then states you are on an 80/20 plan and tries to explain but I tell her the insurance company has already explained it to me -- do you have a car vs an SUV-- she states NO with an attitude despite there being multiple cars on the lot, then she states she doesn't even have me in the system for a vehicle and she is not renting to me at all, im saying how when I spoke to someone here and set it up after Gordon Highway stated I had to go to the other location--- I call customer service and she confirms the person I spoke to was Darlene on Jan 4 -- Shania acts as if she doesn't know who Darlene is but another employee comes right in and calls Darlene's name--- she was in the building the whole time , hearing the conversation and never tried to correct her wrong-- nobody apologized nobody tried to correct and we had to Uber back home --- I am going to expose them on every level possible because I did nothing at all to deserve this and will never ever rent from Enterprise again and btw I have been renting from them for vacations and many other reasons for at least 30 yrs---Corporate has been notified as well and really needs to get these unprofessional people out of there!!!! Enterprise(Bobby Jones Martinez,GA) has the WORST customer service. They are NOT friendly and the customers service is horrible, I was even hung up on. This is the 2nd year in a row that I've reserved a rental that was booked a whole month in advance. Last year customer service cancelled on me the day of my trip. This year they called and cancelled and stated that you have to rent vans at least 4-5mths in advance. Enterprise please did better! If that is the policy that need to be in writing on your site. I use Enterprise most of the time when I need a rental. I've had some issues w/rental vehicles, yet they always come thru w/compensation or trying to makeup for any inconvenience I may experience. I've been here quite a few times. I'm still not impressed. You get the feeling that you're being sold at all times even though you have already booked the reservation online. The truth is...you are. Even after you have inspected the car, but before you are given the keys, you will be hit with the: "One thing I tell all of my customers: Even though you have your own insurance, Enterprise can cover you for XYZ." "Tell you what, I can cut you a deal on the rate; for only XYZ we will cover you for all of your days for only...." Of course the charge will be added to your FINAL bill upon completion of your trip. The first car was dirty: Apparently the workers ATTEMPTED to deep clean the stains from the back seat, but were unsuccessful. I can only imagine what it looked like prior to the cleaning. My son sat on the back seat and got up with wet pants. We had to decline that rental. The second car was not as roomy as the first, and the tank was half empty. I rent a lot of cars and can tell you how tricky it is trying to time your distance so that you don't leave any money on the table, especially since most agencies will not refund you for the courtesy fill. To be fair, I was comped an entire $5 for the extra 1/4 tank of gas that I donated. And of course the representative that quoted me for the insurance deal wasn't present - as I knew he wouldn't be - when I returned the car, so I had to explain the deal to the rep. who rung me up. He seemed confused as I attempted to explain the discounted up-sell. I prefer the smaller rental agencies at the mall; there's no pressure and no up-selling. The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. Our business has used enterprise for years nationwide.. We have now made the decision to no longer use enterprise and buy vehicles for clients/customers before ever using enterprise again. They are rude, They lie and have zero customer service. They made threats and also charges to credit cards without any authorization. Corporate has been a joke to discuss the issues as you can never get ahold of anyone or a call back. Absolutely unprofessional. They have zero customer service/hospitality for there customers. I rented a car from an entertepise in SC. While coming through a rainstorm, I turned on the wipers and the driver side wiper and clips to hold it in place broke off (I assume it was the wrong size wiper.) I went to this location because it was closest from where I was on the interstate and told them the problem. They switched the car out but then I received a damage report claiming that I told the employee I accepted full responsibility for the wiper breaking which is a lie. Though it may not be a huge issue, I definitely DID NOT agree to take responsibility. Completely dishonesty on the form I received. read more

I was in a car accident and had to get a rental. Since it was going thru insurance enterprise was my option. I was given a Hyundai Santa Fe. I had to take it back twice because it had a very weird sour smell coming thru the vents. When I got the third car it was a Nissan Sentra. The main issue I have with enterprise is that their cars are dirty. The Sentra had a straw, crumbs in between the seats, and the front windshield was dirty( which their was no fluid in the car for me to clean it). The Santa Fe I had was just as dirty on the outside and inside. There were crumbs and the interior looked like it was 10 years old. I'm glad it was not my money wasted on this company. Enterprise is ok, relatively good prices and helpful employees. Most of the vehicles I get do not have full gas tanks. Yes they mark down that the tank is not full, and you can bring it back that way - just a pain. They do a great job in cleaning the exterior, but not the interior... no one cleans the windows! read more

This was one of the worse experiences to in renting a car. It started out ok but, I had a fender bender and I called right away. A few days later I called that I wanted to exchange the car and talked to someone 4 times trying to make sure they had a car and set timing. I showed up and due to the fact that the claim number was not ready through my American Express they would not give me the car. They had no idea that AM covers accidents and I ask them, so if this car had to be towed here, you would expect me to walk? They said it is their policy that they had to have a claim number. So I gave them the AM number and they did not know what to do. They called someone (which I presume was the manager and I was told the same thing. ) This was a Friday night so I had no way of getting in touch with anyone myself. I had to wait until monday and was told by AM all they had to do was call the rental line. This was also through my perkshare with Progressive. So I went up there and took the car back on Monday. It was several hours after my rental time and they charged me a whole day for the rental. After all the trouble I had and I said To them it's not like I am taking off I have your car?? They really need to look at their policy because they also had a 250 hold on my card not including the payment? Did not matter to them. They need to look into their policy because this is just stupid and crazy that they would withhold a car from a paying customer. The car only had a small dent? Get with the century. read more

NEVER RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WITH THIS LOCATION. As a local business owner myself, I could not imagine treating any of my customers the way I was treated today. Not only was I lied to, there was no credibility or knowledge of what was going on. I would not recommend so much as getting a comparative quote from this location. Shane, I presume is in some sort of management position was rude, condescending and a bold face liar. I have rented a car with this location since December 8, 2016, over 5 months and am now on my 4th vehicle thru no request of my own!!! The First vehicle had warranty recall issues, after sitting over an hour to exchange the car to be given another car with an expired tag and no spare tire that I happened to notice while pumping gas. Then to come back the next day to sit over an hour and being given a so called upgrade model. Having this upgraded model had no bearing or importance to me whatsoever. I clearly requested a mid size sedan in my original reservation and made it clear that I DID NOT want a Kia or Hyundai, I preferred a Nissan Altima. Having a Cadillac CTS that was totaled I was not interested in a tiny loud rough riding car. Hence, I'm told to renew my contract, as it is unclear how long I will be needing a rental at this time. Once again I go to renew and SHANE without so much asking me what route I would like to take FORCES me to give up the car I've been driving without any notice and tries to put me in a compact tiny car. Never once asking what I would like to do, never asking me if I'd like to pay the difference to keep the car I was currently in AS I DID NOT COME COMPARED TO SWITCH OUT VEHICLES his reason was HE Was losing money at the rate I had the car for. As a business person the only way you lose money is to not be making any and the car sitting on a lot is not making money!!! I had no issue getting another car or even paying the difference until I deemed fit not to. After all I need a car or I wouldn't be there! But being FORCED out of a vehicle without asking me what I would like to do, is unfathomable. Only after being firm that I would not drive a compact car, he throws a Hyundai in the mix. Again, not a car I would be willing to pay for but was stuck as I had to get to my nieces graduation tonight. So to make it worse, Not only was I forced out of the car I drive there In, no one showed me anything about the new car I was being put in... it's filthy inside and out! Out of the 4 vehicles I've been In, only one was actually clean. Additionally no one so much as offered to help me transfer my belongings. I would like to add every week I took each vehicle to have it cleaned . Two required oil changes that I took the time to have completed. I took care of the vehicles as If it was my own out of respect. I was not shown any respect at all today. Also, because I had to sit for so long each visit, there was always complaints from customers about cars being rented dirty and the wait times are not conducive with prompt, courteous business practices. I will shout to the mountaintops at every opportunity to share my dismay regarding the mistreatment I received. I would not wish this on anyone. I am never disappointed with Shayne and his team! I have been there so many times that they not only know me by name but know what I do for a living and know the value I place on Customer Service! They are ALL phenomenal and very professional. Many times I have a last minute need and they always find a way to make it work! I send my employees there on our corporate account and the team makes my employees feel like they know all about the rental and are just waiting for them to come in! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!! My experience with Enterprise as a WHOLE has been HORRIFIC. Especially dealing with this specific location. I was on the way to vacation and experienced mechanical issues with my vehicle. Left my vehicle at the Dealership and rented a car from this location to continue my trip. I even purchased the insurance with this vehicle, they gave me a walk through and I left. Came back through 4 days later. JEEP then provided me with a Rental for the time until my personal vehicle was ready. I exchanged my original rental car (that I personally purchased) for another vehicle provided by Jeep. These were two completely different contracts. They simply handed me the keys WITHOUT a walk through of the vehicle and sent me on my way. I was originally supposed to receive a refund for my first rental car for over $300.00. The Representative told me that I would receive this VIA check in the mail in 10-14 business days. Which is odd because I paid for the rental VIA card. Yet I had to wait for the refund in the mail? Days go by, nothing. 13 business days later I call that location to follow up. Told me to give it a few more days. I did. Nothing. Called Customer Service to follow up. Said that on there end the refund was already given back to me via CASH. Obviously, this was not the case. I told them that I was told by the original rep that this was coming VIA check. They told me they would call back. Never did. Days go by, nothing. I called roughly 5 times in the week. No follow ups made. Told Customer Service I would like to officially complain, they kept passing me to every other department. I finally received a call from the original rep in this location and he told me "Don't you remember, we said you wouldn't get your first refund back until we got the second vehicle back from JEEP. I ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT TOLD THIS BY HIM. Why would I agree for them to hold MY money for a vehicle I already returned and paid for until I return a vehicle that I am NOT paying for? Said he "understood" my frustration and he would get me a tracking number for the check. Two business days have gone by and I have not heard a word from him. My vehicle was fixed and I picked it up (which I live THREE hours away keep in mind, had to take an entire day off of work). I was told by the Dealership that they would return the rental since they were technically responsible for it. I left. Two weeks later I receive a letter in the mail stating that there was damage done to the second vehicle and that they have are requesting my insurance information. I am FURIOUS. There was NO damage to the vehicle. NONE. They didn't even do a walk through with me when they handed me the keys. I have made a claim for investigation and am currently waiting on a follow up call on this. I am actually sitting on hold as we speak with Customer Service to "officially" complain about my experience overall. I've been left on hold for over 30 minutes and they haven't even picked me up yet to hear my complaint. "GREAT" Customer Service. This has hands down been the WORST Customer Service experience I have undergone in my LIFE. I still have no answers, no refund for OVER THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS, and now they are claiming I damaged a vehicle they didn't even care to bother to walk through with me? ABSOLUTELY UNNCAEPTABLE!!!!!! After renting for almost 2 years and coming back to this location continuously, a review of their performance is past due. I recently just rented and had a discrepancy regarding a fuel charge. The manager there gave me a call and resolved the issue refunding me back my money. No hassle or resistance. And to all their staff I've enjoyed their great customer service and awesome upgrades. I rented a car for a 3 day weekend. They offered to pick me up for no extra fee. The check in was painless; I had reserved a car online prior. I opted for the economy car. It was very clean and nice. Everything worked fine and I missed it after I dropped it off! (Perhaps because my car is 16 years old! Haha.) I got my deposit back the next day after turning it in. Not too expensive. All in all a good experience and I will go back to Enterprise. read more

We were visiting here and needed a minivan for a day trip to Savannah. We booked by phone a couple of days in advance and they called me a day before the scheduled pickup to remind me. When we got there, AbdulRahman Muhammad took care of us quickly, professionally and very courteously! We were in our rental van and ready to go within a very short time. The van rode well and AbdulRahman checked it back in for us in just a couple of minutes so we could be on our way. if I have over a $400 dollar balance why not call ? Instead keep charging my cards that I have locked . If they would've just called me I could pay my balance but this is the second time they've charged my cards without prior knowledge and it will keep declining . I'm not understanding if so had your car and owed you money why was there no attempt to call this person . They automatically tried to charge my cards and then sent a text saying it would be reported stolen if I didn't come to the store . I called them and as I'm on the phone someone text me saying this I even replied to them saying I would bring the car back and they have a rule once your card declines you can't use it for 24hrs ! Tried to get another car at a different enterprise so I can drop their car off , they treated me like a criminal and lied and left me 8 months pregnant and my 1year old son stranded when my intentions was to drop the car off to them . They have the car in their possession, I'm guessing they took my deposit bc they tried to charge me a lesser price today as if I didn't have the money to pay them . My cards will keep declining until someone calls me and does it the professional way ! On hold for approx 20 minutes to get through at corporate, then called local office after had reservations from corporate, sat on hold for approx 15 minutes. Was then informed that we were 20 minutes too late to be picked up. We were 7 minutes away and they were ok leaving a Mom with 2 kids stranded on a Saturday night. Great customer service - I reserved a car and it was ready to go on an 8 hour drive. Unfortunately, the cigarette lighter was not working and I needed it for my phone along the way. I took the car back and the crew at Enterprise changed out the car and told me not to fill up when I returned the car. Nice gesture on their behalf. This office has great personnel that work hard, HOWEVER, it is poorly staffed. Whenever I pick up a car after already sending in an internet reservation, it still takes at least 45 minutes to get the car. Also, I stopped doing the advertised pickup at my house because they always are late by at least 45 mintues in making the delivery. read more

It was pretty crowded ( 4-5 customers ahead of me ) when I picked up and also when I returned the car. I'm not sure if they are slow or under staffed or what. They try to scare you into to buying their "extra " insurance but I have experienced that at most car rental places. But this is one of the few locations where I have recieved a car that does not have a full tank of gas from the start. And that is annoying. They are not the cheapest in town because for some reason you have to go to the airport for the cheapest prices. read more
