DONT BUY HERE , ONCE THE SALE IS MADE YOUR ON YOUR OWN. we were building a home. the custom…read morecabinets we purchased , our builder couldn't use. so we had to order something since time was running out on our lease and we needed to get into our home. as I write this we are still dealing with cabinet issues ( nov 19,2023) we ordered our cabinets the first week of July 2023. we were verbally told 3-5 weeks. the cabinets took 12 weeks. once they arrived 4 were broken, 2 never arrived, we were told by delivery person they are being replaced. so out of 11 cabinets 6 were broken. our contractor had to try and fix them because we couldn't wait another 12 weeks. ( more labor costs) cabinet to go basically could only reorder replacements that's it. ( 12 more weeks) the company who made the cabinets offered no money back. Summary * once you purchase Your on your own.don't expect any help if your cabinets are no good. *lied about time frame for delivery to get our purchase 12 weeks plus additional 4 weeks for replacement parts. *Have no way to track your cabinets once you order *Cabinets were broken *no compensation for major Inconveniance increased out carrying cost by 3 months. 15K$ One cabinet couldn't fix. so we altered kitchen lay out. Doesn't look right and cabinets to go won't even replace the broken Cabinet with a smaller one to finish the kitchen. DON'T LET THE FRIENDLY SALES PEOPLE SELL YOU SHIT.

I went back and forth with Aras a few times as he and his staff helped me refine my design, and he was patient and great. My delivery came on time all the way to Brookline, for free, from two courteous deliverymen. The wood was even higher quality than I expected and was easy to work with. My project came out perfectly and my neighbors have been complimenting me on it. I really recommend these guys, especially for any custom design millwork.

I called mid-day and their salesman reassured me that it would most like come by 2:30 PM. I called again at 4:45 , he then said it is still out for delivery. My day and time was wasted. The next day they called at 7:30 AM and delivered it. The item was damaged and had pink round sticker identifying the spit wood. I had no idea what the stickers were for, now the driver was gone and it's the weekend and they aren't open. Update: Shortly after posting my review, Dan (Owner/manager) called me personally and talked to me about what had happened. Dan was very professional and wanted to get me a new item to replace the damaged one right away. Dan drove the new item to my home within an hour of our phone call. I want to thank Dan and Next Day Moulding for excellent customer service which allowed me to complete my project on time.

Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. I went to the office and told him what I needed and showed him a sample. He double checked for me the right product and checked to see if they had it in stock. I thought I would have to order it since it's a pretty obscure product, but they indeed had it in stock. I showed the pink slip to the yard employee, he quickly grabbed the concrete bag and told me to drive up to the shed. He grab the brick from the shed and off I went.
