Nothing was ever put in writing and signed. I admit I should have clarified. When I changed my mind about the car altogether, AB Honda refused to refund my deposit or any part of it. I contacted Honda, received an apology, and was told that they would document a complaint against the dealership. Never give them any money up front without getting refund details in writing!
