Eat Box has some great innovative twists on plain boring food. For instance, one of the fry options is spiced and then loaded with grape tomatoes. They seriously stole my heart (and filled my stomach of course). I was actually sad to see that Forecastle is only inviting back Kentucky based vendors for the 2015 festival.
