Why drag things out when I had the funds to close the case at the start? TO SCAM FOR MORE MONEY!!! I hired Him to Negotiate the Debt, which he Did NOT do. The courts web site and all the videos I watched, Address the Severity of NOT supplying an ANSWER. If NOT delivered on time, You will Lose your Case; My Home, in this Case. Mr. Harper did NOT supply an ANSWER even after I repeatedly requested it. This induced stress and caused me to contact him more than necessary. I asked him to Provide me the HOA's Total Bill, so I could Pay It Off before the Due Date for delivering the ANSWER. The Due Date was set to arrive in Three Days. He said he would get me that Total Bill. He did NOT. He made himself unavailable for 4 days. This Stressed me Out, causing me to write Excessive Emails, cause he was NOT answering me. He contacted me after Four Days and told me he Now Supplied the ANSWER. WHAT??? I WANTED the TOTAL and NOT the ANSWER this Late!!! That was more Wasted Money and Stress.
