Stained a brand new shirt dropped off for pressing.
    Clif G.

Recently moved into the neighborhood so when I needed my new shirt pressed before my wedding, my fiancé took it plus a jacket and one of her dresses here. It took a week, which seems like a lot but no problem, we had time. Got it back, unzipped the bag to take a peed and it looked good! On the day of my wedding, I pull out my shirt and as my groomsmen and I are getting ready, they let me know I've got some kind of stain all over the back of my shirt. Pic attached. I guess I should've taken it all the way out and inspected more closely but I never imagined they'd end up staining a brand new shirt that just needed a press. I'm super lucky I was wearing a waistcoat so it was covered up all night, but I won't be coming back and I recommend either trying another spot (Bon Ton is great! They managed to fix the shirt and nicely clean my suit after the wedding, check them out!), or if you do, closely inspect everything before paying and leaving. Definitely don't trust them with anything important.

Great service, cheap (!!!) he cleaned 2 shirts and a sport coat for $10, AND it comes with a green reuseable bag, plus!

I'm ready to change cleaners. The costs are a little pricey and it takes forever to get clothes returned.

Kwan is very clear that they only do very minor alterations (Sun Cleaners down the street does amazing, though pricey, alterations).

Worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. I came in on a Saturday afternoon to drop off…read moredrycleaning for a wedding that I'll be flying out for the coming Thursday so 5 days from dropoff. First off, the lady behind the desk scolds me to take better care of my clothes and goes on this whole tangent as my sports coat is a bit worn. After sitting through that, she tells me the clothes will be ready next Saturday, exactly a week later. I state how I leave for a wedding on Thursday so is there any way I can get them by then (every dry cleaner I have gone to was a 2-4 day turnaround). She then starts scolding me again about how I shouldn't drop stuff off on short notice and I need to be more responsible (again this is 5 days before I need them). She makes me pull up my flight and agrees to have them done 3 hours before my flight's departure time on Thursday, allowing me to pick them up and immediately head to the airport. I have no choice as the usual dry cleaner I use nearby is closed so I agree. I then get charged a rush job fee (for a 5 day turnaround) and my total comes out to about $75 dollars for a single collared shirt, pants, and sports coat. I pay it as I have no other choice and don't want to go somewhere not right next to my apartment. To add insult to injury, I picked my clothes up on Thursday at the scheduled time just for them to have a bit of a funky smell and for there to be a couple small yellow spots on my collared shirt from sweat that didn't get cleaned. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was horrible. I was taken advantage of and scammed due to my need. I cannot recommend more that anyone reading this goes anywhere else but here.

My clothes were cleaned…read morewell but I felt so bad from the customer service I put it in the back of my mind so I didn't write a review. I recently moved to Los Angeles and found a new dry cleaners down the street from me that charged me half the cost for the same items which was refreshing. I thought of this place and wanted to leave a review to warn people how bad this was. These people were hostile, defensive, and greedy. They kept on hassling me about my clothes and texting me for approval for new costs. The texting person gave me an estimate and sent me like over 10 photos of my clothes to point out all the stains and hair that was on my clothes and repeatedly told me my clothes were wrinkled and very dirty. This was unnecessary and made me feel attacked and shamed. Like WTF?? I just wanted them to clean my clothes not pick faults with me! Instead, they acted like they were taking me to court! So much unnecessary stress and hassle for dry cleaners! They ended up charging me over $50 more than originally estimated because my clothes were oh so hard to clean and so dirty. Despite going over the original estimate, they still hassled and tried to guilt me for tip at the end saying they gave me a deal. What deal? Your services are super expensive! The tone they texted me was just so very rude it's like they didn't want me as a customer. I never fought them on the expensive costs but they were hostile from the start. I ended up going back to my previous dry cleaners, City Custom Tailor & Dry Cleaners in Belltown. They are not cheap either, but a little less expensive and they are chill. I do not think cheap dry cleaning exists in Seattle but this service sucks.

I reached out to this service over email because of an issue and received an incredibly unhelpful…read moreand unempathetic, less than a full sentence response back. Will not ever use this service just for lack of decent customer care. Edit: It's funny that the response to my review got more of an explanation than the email (which for the record was left at "Sorry there is nothing we can do with dye transfer.") My inquiry was not rude in any way and warranted a more thoughtful reply. It is absolutely within my rights to leave a 1-star review as a reflection of my experience with a business's subpar communication. If you look at the other low reviews for this business, you'll see a pattern of poor communication skills. Service isn't just left at the product. It goes all the way to effective communication, of which this business has none, other than to double down and defend themselves anytime someone has criticism.
