They also have a huge storage area in the basement so you can reserve your fixtures months in advance before pickup. We made a 1/2 down payment so the price would remain the same or better when we went to pick it up. They will only charge you the current price if you don't make a down payment. So if it goes up, you're at a loss. They have a display area for the bulbs too, so you can see the level of brightness and whiteness/yellowness you're looking for. Their bulbs are all LED's now. They have a wide variety of fixtures and a wide variety of price ranges so it's easy for someone on a budget to find something suitable too. We got lucky and picked out four fixtures (two ceiling fans and two chandeliers) and bulbs prior to prices increasing the following month. When we went back to pick up the fixtures a few months later we saved several hundred dollars by having put 1/2 down. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Happy shops!

They have a fantastic variety in-store and a great selection to order from. The reason this review is conflicted is our interaction with the staff. When we first walked in, there were a lot of wallpapers, signage, and other instructions on the walls. We were so excited to look at the selection they offer that we didn't get a chance to read all the signs. My partner pulled out his phone and was taking pictures so we could compare before making a selection. One lady jumped at us, was extremely rude, and reprimanded us for taking photos. We both quickly apologized and put the phone away. She proceeded to lecture us that she has five signs posted; therefore, we should have been aware of the no picture policy. We were embarrassed by the way she spoke to us in front of other customers. She continues to make side remarks after that. Her colleague noticed the interactions and quickly walked over to us, offering to assist. And, this is why this post is a conflicted one- her colleague was delightful (perhaps to compensate for the colleague's rudeness), accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. We ended up purchasing close to $300 of wallpaper, glue, and other materials. She was so lovely. We even want to go back to show her pictures of how the project turned out, because I'm in love with the wallpaper and my closet now. In summary, please read all the signs before visiting this business to avoid being yelled at or accosted.

Would not recommend. Left house a mess after estate sale. Estate sale was a waste of time. Total failure they over priced items which didn't sell then quoted me double what 2 other companies quoted to remove all furniture/items left. They put dinning room chairs outside & left them out in the elements. They leaned a Huge (approximately 5 ft x 3ft ) very heavy mirror against a large window crushing the blinds. Obviously they lack judgement & common sense. They forced a mirrored bifold closet door closed...which will no longer open without risking breaking the mirror...would not recommend & will let the person who refered them to me see the video of house before they came in & after they left...
