Yes a hundred times yes! I value my time greatly as I am sure most other folks do. But this location shocked me today. On Thanksgiving I had a flat from a slow leak in my tire. Fortunately I was able to inflate it but I knew as soon as everything opened on the day after Thanksgiving I was gonna have to be somewhere getting tires. As a point of information, the tires for my car typically are not in stock everywhere except for the dealer i bought my car from so i normally have to wait for them to be shipped. I was losing hope initially until I saw this location had the tires AND an appointment on Friday morning! I bought the tires immediately and set up the appointment. I received a text link for me to click to let them know I was on my way which I thought was nice. I arrived to the location 15 minutes early but i was promptly acknowledged when I walked in. Logan did my intake and let me know he did not need anything else from me so I set up my workstation (lol) and settled in because I thought i would be there at least 2 hours. Y'all, they finished my tire install in 30 minutes. Apparently that was too long. As one of the workers apologized for the wait i was like "what wait?" I was amazed. Three months ago I had all four tires replaced by my old mechanic in south Florida. A few days ago, some genius didn't secure his tools properly and I ended up running over a pair of pliers which pierced the tread and the tire wall. So I called up Discount Tire requesting a single tire. They were able to get the tire for me in 2 business days and installed for just under $200. I feel they dealt very fair with me. The service was good and they even stored my spare tire back into the trunk properly. If you don't have an appointment and don't like long wait times, then you're going to want to go somewhere else...but at what price? I waited 3 hours as a walk-in customer to get one tire installed on a day when they were pretty busy. The waiting area is clean and they have free wifi. Decent tire place. I went here to get two tires for my SUV around 9am on a Monday. There were about five people in front of me in line. The line moved fairly quickly as the gentleman checked us in. The reason for three stars instead of four is because there were customers that were serviced before me that came in AFTER me. I actually had to go to one of the mechanics and ask why were they serviced before me. He found out and mentioned that I was next. Once my car was done the employee told me why it took so long which was due to them looking for the specific tires for my SUV. It would have been nice for them to tell me this prior instead of the long wait and me having to go to them. I would give them another chance as this may have been a one off. read more

I would give them a 5 if they just had the people to handle the small stuff like a flat tire. If I am getting new tires I make an appointment and typically leave the vehicle. But we don't schedule getting a flat tire and when you are on the road and need service it would be nice to have that given consideration. I buy all my tires at discount tire and every time I had a flat it took an inordinate amount of time for them to get to me. read more

I am so glad my sister told me about Discount Tire in Douglasville. Not only do they offer free tire repair (if applicable), and put air in your tires for free, they are super efficient, attentive, honest, and professional. They give great customer service. While I waited on my FREE tire repair which they got to sooner than expected on a very busy Saturday morning, I observed how they operated and served their customers from every walk of life driving all sorts of vehicles. They seem to be fully staffed which is significant in this current market and culture. That means their employees must like working here, and if that's true then they're likely to treat the customers in kind. Operations are very organized, timely, and efficient. Service Reps are using terrific manners and are very personable. My wait time was under-promised and over-delivered, so I did not have to wait the entire hour-hour and a half which wasn't bad to begin with arriving 15 minutes after they opened. I'm just super pleased with the free service, so I will definitely be moving our business for our 5 vehicles (20 tires) to this Discount Tire and telling all my neighbors and friends. No business is perfect, so my only recommendations are that the employees smile more and introduce themselves to the customer they are serving by first name and keep the parking lot free of debris. I did see that they frequently blow it near the bays, but more attention could be given to the area where cars park and enter. I love that they text you a link to track your progress. So this is my second time here within 3 days. I first came on a Thursday ( it is a Saturday now) because I thought I had a slow leak in my tire. I set up an appointment to get it checked out. All of that was fine. When I got there Thursday they checked and the guy was like "so we can't patch your tire or do a rotation because one of you tires tread is at a 2 "( which was surprising to me because I have gone to shops to get air put in them because of the cold and another issue). The guy wasn't even helpful in trying to tell me I just need to get another tire he didn't offer any help at all. So I was frustrated and I left. So I came back because the air was still coming out of my tire I set an appointment it was for 4:15. I got there early paid for my tires... that's right I ended up needing 2. The guy before didn't say that. So I got them because I had no other choice. The lady was very helpful who rang me up and I asked about how long it would take I said less than an hour. So right in an hour the guy comes calls my name and another customers name and says your car is already walks is out and I noticed that my car is still sitting where I parked it. I found a little unusual so it turned out that they hadn't even started on my car yet. So,I had to go back inside and wait for my car to be done. About 30 minutes later they call my name is in my car is ready. Which kind of worries me that it only took them 30 minutes to do my tires but all in all I'll say my experience here was just OK. I had to review Discount Tires because, they offer a quick, user friendly website to make an appointment and order tires without even having to put in your payment information. I was surprised that (unlike car dealerships) within hours, I received a call to acknowledge the order and see if there was anything else that I would need. The guy actually, informed me that they had a local manufacturer and that he could have my tires Tuesday (instead of Wednesday- day I booked my appointment for) so, I changed the install date to an earlier day. Due to horrible traffic & 2 calls later...to let them know I was late and still in route...I finally arrived over an hour late. Conveniently, Tristan told me he checked me in after my 2nd phone call so, when I got there...they had a full house mostly picking up, a few drops offs after me. But, I was just glad to be served even though I was late. I was the last one to have my truck serviced however, prices even rung up for less than I expected. Tires looked great but, only 1 thing...they replaced but, my Land Rover air closures (caps), the 2 guys put 3 on and replaced the 4th one with a sterling silver one. This was obvious cause, mine were not shiny. I informed 1 of the guys & we went in the garage and looked for it until we found it. (one guy must of been lazy, & thought he could get away w/that! Anything, I knew I had all 4 and I wasn't leaving until we found it. :-) Once, I drive the car...I noticed 2 lights that were not on before I arrived so, the same guy helped me until we figured out why and both disappeared. Nice of him to not rush me since it was after hours. Overall the team here, works well together and are very courteous to their customer! They had a seating area outside under a canopy with chairs and stools spaced at least 6 feet apart for the Covid-19. I was checked in told my car would be ready by 9:00 am. I was on the fence about the warranty but decided to get it. My military discount pretty much was the cost of the road hazard warranty. At 8:35 I heard my name called. They were done so fast and my car rode like a dream. I absolutely love this place because they stick with tires. No oil changes and brake service to cause longer waiting periods. Great employees and great service! I needed to get my tire repaired so I came across this location. I went in and they were very helpful, friendly, and informative. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable so they decided to change out the damaged tire and put my spare on. Took only ten minutes. I had to come back the next day because they didn't have anymore appointments available the first day I came in. Went back the next day so they can put on the new spare tire I purchased and again it only took ten minutes of my day. This place is so amazing! The service is absolutely top notch. i went in today to repair one of the tires and they treated me like a customer who just bought the most expensive tires in the store. It is located right in front of a mall, so there is an option to go shopping while you are waiting. The waiting room is super large with high ceilings and has very comfortable chairs. There are benches outside as well. Hit a pothole on 20 and needed an odd sized tire immediately. DIscount tire was the only place nearby that had the tire. It was about 3:15 on a Saturday and they closed at 5:00, so I was nervous I'd actually get what I needed done (I've spent HOURS at tire stores in the past wondering what the heck was actually going on in the back). Mark couldn't have been more helpful. I asked if I only changed one tire if it would screw up my alignment, and he said it depended on the depth of the tread that was left on my tires. He came outside and brought a tool to check this and helped me make a reasonable decision. The tires were on sale (good luck for me), and the work was done within an hour. There's a good feeling you have when you walk into a business, it's running well, the folks that help you actually know what they're doing, and they do their job right. Sadly, it's rarer than it should be. This place saved my butt yesterday, and for that I'm grateful. I live in Atlanta, but I'll come back here for my tire needs in the future. read more

The best tire shop around. I've been going to this location for years, but I just have to give a 5-star Yelp to this location and tire specialist Logan for their honesty and A-1 customer service. I was informed by a local Mercedes-Benz dealership that I had a nail in my run-flat tire and it was not repairable and a new tire would cost me $569. Well, I got a second opinion from this Discount Tire location in Douglasville. They inspected the tire, determined it could be fixed and repaired it at NO CHARGE! Today was the second time I had my car tires serviced by these guys in the last 6 months. My boyfriend lives in Atlanta and I in Birmingham, so my tires can take a beating. Both times I stopped by to see these guys, it was in an emergency (flats/blowouts on I-20 are apparently my thing). The guys are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and super friendly. Discount Tires offers great, reasonable prices that I have yet to be able to beat. This is my first time using Discount Tire, but it definitely will not be my last. From the moment I pulled up my experience was fantastic. I had a 9am appointment and was running about 5 minutes late but from the second I pulled up there was someone there to greet me, Steve. They all have great customer service and all greet you with a smile. I had plenty of questions and Steve answered them all professionally and politely, once I gave him my keys I was shown to the waiting area which is really nice, you get a full view of the bay so just in case you're very particular about your car you can watch every moment. But the most awesome perspective was the preciseness of the time, another gentlemen greeted me as I sat down and said, "It's 9:20 we will have you out of here by 10am." Not really caring about the time frame because it was my off day but it was nice to know they were about getting me in and out as swiftly as possible. I sat and watched a tv show on my phone and by the time it was done I heard my named called, at 9:47 to be exact. They checked me out went over all the billing details and that was it. It may not seem like an extra-ordinary experience to some but when you get mediocre service from so many places it's awesome to be treated like you're royalty every once in a while. Kudos guys, you will be seeing me next time I need a new set of wheels! Ps: I can't forget this part. They offer a 3 year tire warranty.
