My wife had orchestrated with the help of a neighbor and the fellas at Brooksville Off-road to lift my Jeep and get set up with some new tires. When I got home I saw my Jeep sitting taller in my garage. I lost it. I am 7'0 tall and have trouble getting down into smaller vehicles. This Jeep is our fun vehicle that my daughters, wife and I escape with whenever we can. I can't thank the team at the shop enough for the professionalism and care they showed to my wife and I. I paid a little more for the battery that had a 3yr warranty at that time. The other night my car gave me a lot of trouble turning over, but finally did. I could tell that it was the battery because it just didn't have the same umpf when I tried to start it up. Today, I drove over to the autozone and told them I had bought the battery with the 3 yrs and he looked up my account. He checked the battery with the meter and sure enough it was nearly dead. They found my account, exchanged my battery for no charge. It was amazing to see a company actually honor the warranty without a lot of hassle for me. Thank you Autozone!!

I like their selection of products, the competitive pricing, the O'Rewards program and the staff. Surprisingly they have a LOT of parts for my 3-Series BMW and some of those items come with a Lifetime Warranty. Sure beats paying dealer prices! This is the closest O'Reilly store to us, and I am sure glad. Seems like everytime I walk in the door, Kevin is working! I don't think the guy ever goes home! Great for us! Kevin always greets ya as you walk in(if he's not on the phone!), and he has always been extremely helpful. The guy should be cloned! That'd teach those competitors! My most recent visit I needed to buy a 3/8" drive Torque Wrench. Their website listed one that I liked and the price was right, also indicating it was in stock.(more on that in a moment). As I walked in the door, of course Kevin was there with a big Hello! I told him what I was looking for and he walked me over to the proper area. Not finding the wrench I had in mind, he got on his computer and found that the item was SHIP TO HOME, In-Stock. (I had misread the listing). That meant it was In Stock at the warehouse and available for shipment or store pickup in a few days. I was okay with that, since I misread it. I was bummed however, because I was going to need this wrench first thing in the morning for a job I was doing on my car. Without hesitation Kevin was web surfing to see if he had ANY of these wrenches available ANYWHERE in his system that he could get quickly, like today! NO luck, but he then got on the phone and started making phone call after phone call. He was calling his competitors, for me, to see if any of them had a similar wrench. Ultimately, after 5 calls, he found one! And it was in a competitor store that was very close! I thanked him profusely and headed on out to that 'other' store. O'Reilly is All Right in my Book! And Kevin is the O'Reilly King!

So, I called, and amazingly the phone was answered pretty quickly (seems unusual for parts stores). Talked to Tim. He was upbeat and very helpful. I gave him the part number, he looked it up and advised he'd have it in by tomorrow morning! Next morning, I got a call from the store telling me my part was in! Faster than Amazon....LOL I had other errands to run so I included them in my run to the auto parts store. By chance, Tim was the one who waited on me. He remembered talking to me and taking my order. I had an Advance Perks Reward which I was trying to use for my purchase, but it kept giving Tim a hard time. So, in a real professional manner, he called his Customer Support team and they worked out the problem instantly. They even gave me a little bonus for my trouble.. I was thoroughly impressed! Thanks guys!

So now I can't take it back to the Advanced Auto store, which is just blocks away. Then they didn't set the computer, so it's still telling me that my oil has 0 % life left. What I wanted was them to say, "Take this oil back and we can sell you the right oil", which they can.
