I…read morego to put my things down in front of him , my brother and I were the only people in the store... this guy was playing on his phone with an AirPod in right in front of me....while I'm standing there waiting to get checked out . He completely ignored me for LONG ENOUGH for me to realize he's actually straight up ignoring me.... I go to proceed to pick my things up and FIND someone else and he then acknowledges me and I say" I was unsure if you were on the clock or not" trying to be nice and not bother him if he wasn't. But he was hanging over the counter giving that impression he wasn't supposed to be checking people out . Even though he was standing at the register...He then proceeds to say " well I wouldn't be here if I wasn't on the clock" rolls his eyes and starts to check me out ... I guess that hurt his feelings .. unpleasant. Not something I wanna deal with after being in the car for 7 hours .... Still being nice I said thank you and he didn't say anything back . Just a little aggravating...The older gentleman though was nice that works there.He should be checking people out .

Although it is getting harder to work on the newer vehicles with their advanced technologies, I occasionally find something I can work on. I really enjoy it and it is satisfying! My GO-TO Auto Parts store is now, without a doubt, O'Reilly Auto Parts! They really convinced me when I had to replace a window operating regulator for my BMW. IF I went to a BMW dealer, that repair total would be around $500. (I know, because I've had it done!). Just for grins I called O'Reilly to see if they had my part. I talked to Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly found they had an exact fit Dorman product. It was very reasonably priced AND carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY! How about that??? I drove to the store and bought that window regulator. Melissa was the one who helped me in the store, too. She is awesome! Once I got home, it only took about 30 minutes to replace the bad part. The new Dorman part was an exact fit and works perfectly! Hooray for O'Reilly!

They have all kinds of simple to install light kits for inside the dash, around the tires, around the license plate, and just everywhere on your automobile! I want some. LOL. I did buy diamond studs to bling my license plate. Silliness (: I was the only customer in the store, but the staff wasn't rude to me because I rode up on a bicycle. All 3 employees were helpful and kind. Kindness goes a long way these days. Thank you.

I paid a little more for the battery that had a 3yr warranty at that time. The other night my car gave me a lot of trouble turning over, but finally did. I could tell that it was the battery because it just didn't have the same umpf when I tried to start it up. Today, I drove over to the autozone and told them I had bought the battery with the 3 yrs and he looked up my account. He checked the battery with the meter and sure enough it was nearly dead. They found my account, exchanged my battery for no charge. It was amazing to see a company actually honor the warranty without a lot of hassle for me. Thank you Autozone!!

I took it to Advance Auto Parts because the battery came from there, but was not under any warranty anymore because it was fairly old. They checked it as well. Sure enough it needed a battery. They carry Diehard batteries. I had called Firestone because in the past I had gotten Interstate Batteries there but they don't sell them anymore, they sell Diehard. The problem with them is the cost of the battery I needed. It was close to $300. I got mine at Auto Zone and it was only $234 for the same Diehard battery. That's a big difference, so I got it here. The gentlemen that work here are very friendly. The guy that installed my battery was Brian, we were chatting about GMC and he said his dad worked for GMC for almost 40 years. I have a 2004 GMC Envoy. Brian learned a lot from his dad. So he was the right guy to do the job and he was very friendly. I'm lucky because both of the auto part places near me are excellent and trustworthy and reliable. I will be back here And I don't think it will be in nine years

Greg, the customer service manager came out and helped me by replacing my low beam headlight. Less than 10 minutes went by and I have a fully functioning low beam headlight thanks to Greg. By the way, the price is at AutoZone compete with Walmart because a low beam headlight for my Ford fusion 2012 would've been the exact same amount at Walmart. If you have something wrong with your car, and it's not a major thing come here. They're great!!!

Early morning of Hurricane Helene I went online to get a local auto parts store phone number, I found one on Northcliff Blvd. off Mariner Blvd. just minutes from me. (I noticed a warning that was posted by (J.J.) on 12/12/2022 from same store stating someone there asked him for Vin # or tag #). I called to see if they were opening today so I went in to get parts as the where open. As usual I was asked if they had my phone number on file when I went to pay. When he pulled it up, he noticed I was military. Then he (I didn't notice his name stupid me) asked if I had ID, I showed him "quickly" my state drivers lic. which has Veteran logo. Crazy enough here's where it got interesting to say the least, he asked me for my last "3" digits of my SS number. I said I just proved to you my Veteran status, he said he needed in order to give discount company policy. After my challenge I gave him 3 "fake" digits recognizing something smells fishy. I guess it worked! Watch out!! With last three digits, even a moron knows there are only 0-9 digits so having last three you may have just as well giving the last 4. These warnings are real, and anyone can sell your info online! I will be filing a company and police report.

I travel for work and have limited time for the little things in life. My family and I traveled…read moreback home for the Holidays this Christmas. My wife had orchestrated with the help of a neighbor and the fellas at Brooksville Off-road to lift my Jeep and get set up with some new tires. When I got home I saw my Jeep sitting taller in my garage. I lost it. I am 7'0 tall and have trouble getting down into smaller vehicles. This Jeep is our fun vehicle that my daughters, wife and I escape with whenever we can. I can't thank the team at the shop enough for the professionalism and care they showed to my wife and I. I can't wait to bring them my truck and to keep picking away at upgrades on my old Jeep! Cheers Boys!!
