They are claiming it's not their fault and I should be responsible for the towing fee and any other fees that needed to fix my car. I am so disappointed with this Valvoline and their customer service. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this Valvoline store because if they break something or you can drive your car anymore, they won't take any responsibility and will just push your car out of the shop and ignore you.
