After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams,they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers,they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them. Lesson learned-stay away from the morons that work at Sams/Sears and stick with the professionals here.

I took a chance and I called Meineke. I spoke with a lovely man named Tony. He told me to bring it over and they would do it for free. When I arrived, Tony was there, and he sent out Shane and Dylan to help. Within 10 minutes they finished and I was on my way. Thank you, Meineke.
