I tried to get my car inspected since they have a sign they do that but was told that if I couldn't leave my car, they had to only do oil changes if they came in and didn't have the time for inspection but if I came in at 8:30 am, I would be first in line for the inspection. came in at 8:30am another day and although both bays were empty was told it could take 1to 4 hours and if someone came in for oil change they had to be done first. he obviously did not want to do inspections well I won't get oil changes there either. very rude read more

I would say adequate service. The pricing is what would bring me back. There were some fairly small mistakes made like a TPS sensor wasn't changed, but to their credit they went with a decreased cost on my brake pads. read more

I am really mift they were so nice and gave us a coupon, then the next day our tires acted up and now we bleeping have to see a mechanic. We will never go back, and I'm surprised this place hasn't gotten a fine yet. Ticked off, they don't care if one has young kids in the car or older people. When we drive over 50 miles an hour our tire acts up, I gather they thought we would go back they figured we hadn't driven our car for months. We have driven our car for over a couple of months. These people have ruined 2 of my cars. Almost ruined a third but I finally caught on. They do not change the oil filter. They just add oil. I marked the oil filter on 2 different cars registered to different people. Both oil filters were left untouched. read more

Brandy was helpful and explained everything in detail. Didn't try to up-sell services. Even took the time to unclog the windshield washer fluid line. Offered us first time customer discounts we didn't know were available. We were in and out in less than an hour on a Sunday. read more

This jiffy lube I have visited a number of times. Overall I have been very pleased with the service here. Although they can't do absolutely everything, most basic maintenance type work they can perform no problem. Prices seem fair and the techs are generally thorough in the work they do. read more

I've been going here for several years for oil changes on my company car only as they are far too expensive for my personal car. During my recent visit I was also eligible for a tire rotation. However since I was told it would take an extra 20 minutes I didn't have the time and just had the oil changed and wipers. I specifically asked if the tires needed rotated and to check their condition. I seen them look and I was told they were fine. A day later I seen the front tires were clearly missing tread. I called the store and was told I could come in but it would take a day to get them. Since I had a long trip to south west Ohio planned, I called Firestone and they got me in that same day. They told me all four tires needed replaced and the 2 front tires were unsafe to drive. I called Jiffy Lube and expressed my disappointment. 2 days later the manager called me asking me to bring in the vehicle. I explained it was too late as all 4 were replaced due to my trip. The big thing is, he claimed he was big on safety and that he was sorry. In turn I explained they may have lost a customer. A decent manager would've offered something like an oil change on my other car. I didn't request it, but yet expected some minor goodwill gesture for a long time customer who they just lost! read more

Never had a issue til one day. they said they couldn't fix my tail light they didn't have the right tools, went home hopped on YouTube found it so easy that I bought my own light and used my own wrench. got er done in 10 minutes max. please don't lie to people. just go ahead and say your lazy and you don't feel like doing it. or just go ahead and call yourself dumb, either way. don't say you don't have the "tools" what tools? a whole wrench???????? jiffy lube doesn't have a wrench?????? what?????? read more

After reading the posted reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about going here for an oil change. I have used this same facility prior to 4/18/18 and couldn't believe what the reviews indicated. For the record, the times I have used Jiffy Lube, I have experienced excellent service and respect. Without a doubt when the time comes for another oil change or service work, this will be my first choice. read more

This is what I call service. We had a blowout on our camper trailer on Route 422. Luckily Tractor Supply has a tire but we needed air. Jiffy Lube was in the same shopping center - took care of checking all our tires including the new tire we had just purchased. You guys saved the day! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I believe they are scammers. They tried to say my brake pads and tires needed replaced. Neither needed done. Tires were less than a year old and pads were new. I should have realized something was wrong, as no customers came in the hour I was there. I am new to the area, and should have read the reviews before I went in. I was quoted $50 for an oil change, but then charged $85 when I told them I did not want the tires , breaks or windshield wipers they were hawking. In my opinion, they are not trustworthy. read more

Worst experience of our lives. Don't go here. The woman and manager are con artists who think it's acceptable to break people's car parts and tell them to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They harrassed my husband and I and when asked to speak to someone higher up was told it wouldn't matter because they are a franchise. I'm sure people are good workers here, but the woman and manager need a lesson on telling the truth and customer service. Will never return. read more

I always take our cars here for oil changes and other routine maintenance. I trust these people completely. They are honest, fair, dependable and friendly. The manager, Brandi, seems to know everything about cars (and we've had some obscure cars). I would recommend them to anyone. read more

These guys are great. Fast and affordable and they always do something extra, like cleaning the inside of the windows. Today they got the tint glue off of my drivers side window without me even asking them to do it. Definitely recommend this location. read more
