What I love most is the AUTOMATED response of : "We are sorry that we have caused this issue please reach out to us " -Chandler . ---Uhh chandler was 20 inches from me on the other counter and seemed to not care; nor did he try to assist expediting or correcting this mistake one bit at all. Just wait your turn - and you'll be happy to do so ; and if you speak up we will ask you to leave; is exactly how this customer service was at this store. Dont expect anything but bare minimum from anyone in a red shirt like checking in a customer (and even then; don't hold your breath) all while this NOTHINGNESS Was going on the guys in black shirts in the bat are hustling hard in triple digit weather . Those guys are the real ones keeping this shop going ; 5 guys in red shirts not knowing what's going on and 6 guys in back doing all the work. It is now 3:45 and I am finally leaving.

Beware! Tire Works will try to sell you parts you don't need…read more I took my truck in for an front-end alignment. It was quickly inspected while still in the parking lot. A tech took a quick glance at the underneath of the truck. He informed my I needed a ball-joint. I asked how he could tell that from the quick visual inspection he had just done. He told me the lower left ball-joint's dust booth was leaking grease. What? The dust booth main purpose is to keep dirt and water out. The front-end of my truck was completely rebuilt just under 9,000 miles ago. Even If I had never lubed the front-end, there is almost no way for a ball-joint needing replacement. I just told them "Never mind" and got in my truck an drove way. I hate it how companies like Tire Works take advantage of their customers. Then took my truck to Brake Masters. They did a complete computer alignment of the front-end without any issues and it DID NOT need any ball-joints. Their customer service is great. No pressure to purchase anything you don't need, So someone that is not familiar with the workings of their vehicle, Tire Works might just take advantage of you. I'll never trust Tire Works again.

Anyway Charlie stopped what he was doing, crawled under our rig, examined our brakes, and noted they'd gotten hot but were ok. 15 minutes and we were on our way much relieved. Great service!

They said yes to both and they could have a service tech leave in the next ten minutes! Wow! Tony arrived in just a few minutes and got to work to find the leak. It wasn't coming from any of the "usual" places, so he kept looking further. He discovered that the seal on the radiator cap wasn't good and allowing coolant to blow by. The radiator fan was blowing the water all over the place. He handed me the old cap and suggested a store to go get one. Since I'm capable of that, I gladly paid the bill for 90 minutes of his time and replaced it myself. All is good and no more leaks. I appreciate the very quick response, the "stick to it" attitude by Tony, and the honesty when he figured out what it was. For that, only five stars will do and I'll call this company again in the future..
