But if anything is questioned she quickly becomes unprofessional. My car has been safety inspected there (and passed) for years and years. Now it will not pass because of the window tint. Nothing changed-same window tint during all these years. When I questioned the inconsistency she basically told me to shut up by saying "we're not having this conversation". A few minutes later when she spoke to me I returned the favor and told her the same thing. You could have just said "Yes, you did not change and your car did not change. We changed and now we are stricter. Sorry about that". I will never go to Pete Smith Lube and Tire again as long as Cheryl is there.

I immediately noticed the difference in drive the moment I drove on the highway leaving their shop. Spent an additional 35.00 just to have the tires rebalanced and they showed me just how imbalanced they were. I will never return to this shop and we recommend to everyone don't do business here. My driver experienced a blowout on his travel trailer while returning to Atlanta from Richmond. He…read morecalled this Mavis location ahead of time to confirm they had the correct replacement tire in stock, and they assured him they did. When he arrived, the staff was extremely unhelpful. They initially stated they could not replace the tire because they were not allowed to jack up the trailer. I then asked if I purchased a floor jack and raised the trailer myself, would they install the tire? Their response changed to, "We're not allowed to touch the lug nuts." They claimed their district manager does not allow them to use floor jacks or remove lug nuts from trailers. Because of this, we had to find and pay another service provider just to remove the wheel from the trailer and bring it to the shop. Even after the wheel was brought in, it took the staff over an hour and a half to mount a new tire onto the rim--a job that required no jacking of the trailer and no removal of lug nuts on their part. The entire experience turned an already stressful roadside situation into an unnecessarily frustrating ordeal. If your business stocks trailer tires but refuses to perform even basic trailer tire service, customers should be made aware of that before they arrive.

I finally found a car here at Charles Boyd Chevrolet, I asked a bunch of questions, got pictures, video, history, and decided to purchase, CAME TO A PRICE with their salesman Parker. I advised him I would be there the next morning. I live over 2 hours away from this dealership and you do not drive 4 hours total for a look see, the decision is made. I had to make arrangements for a car service in the morning as well as pet sitting and picking up a certified bank check for the amount discussed out of my bank account. Lives disrupted. Within a few hours I get a text so sorry the car's been sold, would I consider an alternate vehicle? As if I would continue to do business with them? why so they can do it again? I was supposed to be there in the morning!?! What kind of people does this dealership hire and how do they sleep at night? It's a shame underhandedness still surprises me, I hope they made a buck seems they made a sale but they certainly lost a customer and I will let anyone who cares about shopping with these people know. Hugely disappointed.
