When he handed me the printout, I was stunned, because it was the same thing that had happened to my 2013 SUBARU three years earlier. The SOLENOID had gone bad. Again. After only 20,000 miles. Anyhow, Mr. Tire doesn't do that work. He suggested I get it towed. My son on the phone said drive it home. The advisor at Mr. Tire was RIGHT. I didn't make it home. A $100 flatbed tow later, I was home. The good news? Mr. Tire did not charge me a dime for running the computer analysis. Those guys are great.

They put the tires on. I came home. Started the car up this morning. Made it to Berlin. The front end started shaking really bad. Did not think I was going to make it back to Somerset. Made it back to the mechanic mechanic just called me and said they did not tighten up the lug nuts so I called the company and told them hey nobody's gotten hurt. There's no damage done to the vehicle but you guys got to make sure you tighten up the lug nuts before the vehicle leaves instead of saying oh my God, we are so sorry for any inconvenience. The guy turned around says we tighten our tires up so this is my first step and I'll get a hold of the general. Next all's they had to do is just have a little consideration and re -clarify me that they will double check on lug nuts before leave and shop. I would not go back to this place. There's other places in town. What a very bad experience

After many phone calls Derrek located the correct tire at the store in Winchester, VA. After the correct tires were delivered to Cumberland, MD the two front tires were installed and I was on my way to Pittsburgh. They went out of there way to search their used inventory after learning we had exhausted all local options and no one had the very specific tire we needed. They then gave me a ride to the ATM to get cash and kept their team at the shop past closing to make sure we could get back on the road for our 5 hour ride to get our kids home. They are wonderful people and seemed genuinely happy to help, even though I'm sure they wanted to get their weekend started.
