I feel he is honest and fair. On one occasion I went to Tomlinson's for a second opinion due to a major dealership said I needed a $1,600 part replaced. Greg did a diagnostic testing and determined that the $1,600 repair was not needed. In fact, that was over three years ago and the vehicle runs great and the part never replaced. Luckily I got there just before the rush so I didn't have to wait to pull into a lane. They have three service lanes and just a few minutes into my oil change I noticed the lines forming in the back. The young man who was handling my transaction was extremely friendly and informative. I've never been to a quick change location before so that put me at ease. They have the transaction screens right next to your door. When they check your filters they show them to you and discuss the condition they're in. I felt like the young man was honest in discussing with me that my filters are almost to the point where I'd need to change them but that they should still be good until my next oil change. He helped me reset the oil change maintenance light too. They also visually verify the oil level with you. You can also find coupons online for whichever oil change service you want to get! ( I got the conventional) I believe they also offer other services but I didn't look into them too much. I'd definitely come back again!

But the operator look at…read morea little smoke coming out from under the hood and told me to pull out because the smoke could go down into the pit and harm his worker. So I knew emediatly that this man was no mechanice because he didn't know basic physics of smoke and he would not listen to his customer's explaination that the car just sat in the barn for 9 months. It was just a little dust and debris from sitting no fire just a little smoke from a hot exhaust manifold. Anyhow I will never go back so they just lost my next 66 oil changes by being stupid. I only have ~22 years left and 3 cars. Good luck to the owner!

I thought about going to another company but stopped by Elm Street just to ask them if they could look at the brakes. The owner himself took over and he spent two hours going over the problem with a couple of his workers... As time ran out he,,, Josh.. asked me to bring the car back after the weekend giving them time to do some research. I took the car back Monday morning... two hours later the car was ready... I heard no squeals or grinding.. actually no sound whatsoever.. When I went to pay the bill... Josh said.. "no".. we should have found this when we did your brakes.. .. This company, crew and owner are amazing and a blessing to us and to anyone who chooses to go to Elm Street Express..

I came to Tom Ahl because a couple of friends recommended that I go here. The car shopping experience was unexceptional. I just didn't feel like the salesman was that interested in selling me a vehicle or making a deal. I wanted a new car and was shown a several year old buick. The price was rather high for that. I just wasn't feeling it and went to another dealership nearby and bought a new suv. I got to say I was a bit disappointed.
