My car is sort of my baby, and I am very careful about where I take it. First, the staff, especially Stacey, are very helpful and welcoming. There is also a guy there, I forget his name (looking at other reviews, it might be Brandon), that has been very helpful and humorous. They are eager to help out. Second, the prices are reasonable! I have gotten a tire change, alignment and an oil change here, and it doesn't hurt the bank all that much. When I had my allignment and tire change, they had to special order my tires, which ended up taking far longer than expected to arrive. For the inconvenience, they heavily discounted my alignment, which I appreciated greatly. One of the tires I received ended up being defective (don't think this one is Meineke's fault), and going flat within about two days of having it installed. Even though I hadn't though to purchase a warranty on it, they replaced it for free, and were super understanding about the situation. My main complaint is that it took a long time to get my oil changed. It was pretty busy, and even though I had an appointment, I feel like they maybe prioritized walk-ins or simply overbooked.

Service is always great, friendly staff, and quality guaranteed. The manager Steven Escalante, was extremely helpful in helping me get my Jeep situated. As busy as they got, every employee had a smile on there face and they were hospitable. My service took roughly an hour and a half. One of the mechanics also made sure to test drive my vehicle and made sure it ran smoothly. Overall, service was great, prices reasonable, and just a great place to get your car worked on. I definitely recommend. I would definitely return for future car service needs!

While waiting for my repair I could see and hear the top of line respect they had for each customer. The engine was smoking as I drove off. I took it back and they said they now steamed washed it and all was well. The car had a very small leak about once every week or two for the next couple of months. I decided to take my car to Pro Auto care. I asked for an oil change and to check out the leak. It turns out the oil filter was so tight the seal or cd something was no longer flush on the engine and allowed a lead (very small) of oil. Pro auto not only changed my oil but cleaned up the leaked oil and all seems well a couple of weeks later. Price is reasonable, people are professional and friendly. They tell you the truth and are quick, efficient and professional. Great service.

I was provided a loner vehicle to drive while my car received maintenance. We agreed what would be done prior to the service, and that was exactly what was done. It took less than 24 hrs to complete my service. They gave me locally made chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of water. My car is driving well. My fiancé called ahead and clearly explained that he needed his work van fully inspected and repaired before a long business trip to Florida. He was told multiple times it would be done in time--otherwise, he wouldn't have brought it in. Not only did they fail to meet that promise, but when he picked the van up, the horn wasn't working at all. He immediately returned, reminding them of the urgency. Their response? "We'll get to it when we get to it." No accountability, no urgency. Because of their negligence and false assurances, we lost money on flight tickets, had workers waiting around with nothing to do, and had to postpone a critical business trip. This wasn't just bad service--it had real consequences for us.
