BEWARE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERENCE EVER! I would give them a NEGATIVE 10 stars if it was an option, this place is a bad joke. All the bad reviews I should have read these first before I ordered 4 tires and an installation on 7/25. scheduled the appointment for 8/2 at 7AM. I really need new tires was so excited to get these put on and it's a price i can afford. So, on 8/2 morning of my scheduled appointment, when I am literally leaving my house for the appointment, I live right down the road, I received a text at 640AM that my appointment was cancelled, and I needed to reschedule since they are still waiting on 1 tire to come in. The APP is ZERO help, all I can do is cancel the appointment, which I don't want to do, I want to find out when the tire will be in and reschedule the appointment, so I have been trying to get ahold of someone in that department for the last 7 days to help me figure out what is going on and as of Today 8/9 still no new tires on my car, and there is still NO update on the app and or from this department, today still when I call the line is just ringing busy all day, I wonder if they have someone else on eternal hold. out of the 15 times I have called in the last week I'm on call at work or I would have called more, only 2 times has someone actually answered that I have called in the past week, when they answered, they would immediately on the first ring, answer and say, please hold. placed me on hold as I'm saying sure and then never come back, I stayed for 15 minutes hung up called back and no one ever answered in this department again that day and I called back the next day and I would keep getting the lady in the fitting room. the next tday i called they answered I was immediately put on hold, she came back after 10 minutes and I asked if there was a manager available, she says there is no manager available, I asked for her name, she just kept saying this is Walmart automotive, refusing to give her name then she hung up on me as I asked a third time for her name. I called back after she hung up and go figure now, NO ONE will answer the phone in the automotive department. so, I let ring to the fitting room lady again and clearly, she is no help either, not her fault but none the less this is a terrible way to do business. so, I asked for customer service , she sends me to customer service, the lady answers and I tell her I need a manager in automotive since no one will help me that is answering the phones, I told her I didn't want to be sent back over to that department, I asked if she would just pass along my information to a manager in automotive and have them call and help me, she took my information and actually said that corporate was in that day and would pass along the information to them, STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACT ME or will answer the phone in automotive department. What an AWFUL way to treat paying customers. They should be ashamed. read more

Got here at 9 they said it would only take 45 min and it's 11 and they still aren't done with my oil change. I'd understand it there was a huge line but there was one person in front of me... I've asked several times and they don't seem to care or even attempt to hurry up. read more

Bought a car battery got home and it kept dying. Checked all the other electrical parts such as alternator and coils. The. Metered the battery. It was not metering at a full charge brought it back for a replacement and they tell us they have to stick it on their diagnostic device for up to an hour before they can do anything. I've had to return batteries to autozone and o Reilly auto parts in the past with no runaround. Don't buy a battery here!!!! read more

Website says automotive opens at 7 am. Got there at 7 am to find a note on the window that said they open at 9. Got there again at 8:20 and there were 5 cars in front of me. My husband went looking for a manager to say something about the opening time on the website. They said they don't control that and that they are understaffed which is why they don't open until 9. My car was done with an oil change at 11:30. My husband was smart and drove his car so we just dropped my car off and ran errands until my car was done. read more

this is the slowest oil change you will ever get. the employees to busy playing around than changing oil. they don't realize people's time is important or just don't care read more

All I did was call to find out how much a spare key would cost. I got transferred to automotive and the lady that answered the phone (Shontel - not sure how to spell it) was literally unintelligible so I asked if I was connected with automotive. Right away she caught an attitude with the way she said "yes" so I just asked how much a plain spare key was. Again...filled with attitude was her answer. I really wanted to inform her not to accept a job in customer service if she wouldn't present her customers with customer service. But I didn't say anything to her. Every time I bring my car here or call to ask questions this lady in automotive gets an attitude like she doesn't want to be there. Well, keep up the attitude and you won't have to be there much longer. I only go to this location because it's closest to my home. But I do NOT suggest this location to anyone in need of anything. Go anywhere else. I arrived at 2:45PM and was told max two hours to get an oil change and tires rotated. at 5 o'clock I started getting antsy and started asking people around me how long they had been waiting. One guy had already been there for four and a half hours - also for tire rotation and oil change. The couple in front of me had almost been there for 3 hours. I asked a mechanic how much longer I'd be waiting, and he said maybe another hour. I asked to pay for my oil change and leave without getting my tires rotated because that's ridiculous. They had two men working oil and only one doing tires, so many of us were waiting hours while those that came after us but only for oil were done quickly. They have their priorities wrong, and then they didn't even give me a discount! They are too understaffed to be operating, and I will never go back. You're better off paying more somewhere else and getting done in a reasonable amount of time. read more
