I have had serviced a 1994 Buick Century, a 2006 Toyota RAV4 and a 2013 Honda CRV, all to my compete satisfaction. In instances of very minor things (stuck hood release, oil change for the CRV, etc.) they didn't charge me a single penny. With regards to the hood release, they said it had become frozen (it was winter) and took only a moment to resolve, and so, no charge; with my CRV, they noted that the oil didn't need changed, and so in each of these instances they didn't charge me for any labor....and these are but two examples, I have many others. I have also had major work done on my Buick, in one visit.....A/C repair, exhaust system replacement, brakes, tune-up, transmission work, etc. all well under the cost I was anticipating (all total, still less than the cost if a typical A/C repair). My Buick had also been stolen in 2013, and the damage done to it by the thieves was sufficient that my insurance company wanted to total the vehicle, which I didn't want to have happen. Labosky's worked directly with the adjuster, negotiating both parts and labor, until the cost to repair was below the "totaled" value of the car. They literally saved my car from the junk yard. I could go on and on with many more such experiences with Labosky's, but I think I made my point...whether it is a domestic or foreign car, you can't take your car to a better, and more trusted, place than Labosky's! They recommended replacing the battery, charged $150 for it, and wanted another $150 just to install it. I declined the install and later confirmed that replacing the battery did NOT fix the airbag issue, making the recommendation unnecessary. They also suggested the airbag issue might be a recall, which they could have easily verified using my VIN--but it was not a recall. I also asked them to look at a rear leak and was told to pull a drain plug and then referred to a body shop because they didn't know how to fix it. I paid $120 for diagnostics and walked away with no solutions. Unfortunately, this shop has gone downhill over the past few years, declining from a great place to one with weak diagnostics and questionable recommendations. Customers who aren't car‑savvy could easily overspend here. I won't be back.

That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).
