I went to the dealership the next day and met Mr. Carver and laid out my financial situation, the monthly payment amount I wanted, what vehicle I wanted in terms of a sedan, suv, etc. (I wanted a Sedan) and what I was looking for in a vehicle- safety and great gas mileage. Mr. Carver treated me with the utmost respect and explained how the process worked, what my options were and what vehicles I would be able to afford, according to my terms. While he processed my financial information, Mr. Troy Turner was deemed my salesman and let me drive for a test drive. He was respectful, helpful, personable and made me feel like he was truly interested in making sure I got the right car for me and my family. The finance manager then took me back where he explained my loan, payments and every paper he gave me to sign. I knew exactly what I was signing and was not rushed when I read over the documents. My overall experience at DOW Autoplex in Mineola was overwhelming amazing. I walked out with a 2013 Chrysler, rated high in safety and gas mileage and within my payment range. I will recommend everyone to DOW. In this day, it's hard to find car dealerships that truly have their customers' needs and wants at heart. Today, we went and there was only one attendant at the entrance to prep your car; meaning only one side of your car will have pretreatments for all the Texas bug juice on the front end and windshield. The attendant waved us in, and we immediately knew she would not get all the bugs off the front. So we drove around for a 2nd time and told her we wanted to go in again. She indicated for us to wait and she went storming into the building. We could see her waving her arms around and yelling at someone inside. Then the manager came out and started yelling at us, saying we didn't follow instructions and it was all our fault. He said he didn't care if we never came back. We were dumbfounded and flabbergasted! The attendant must have told him some story because we followed her exact instructions. The manager needs to go back to manager school because he was absent when they taught "how to treat a customer". We will drive to any other car wash before we return here.

BUT...the service at Mineola Tire is so excellent. The man who helped, was VERY nice and didn't charge me. He just asked to use his shop in the future.
