I spoke with the manager and explained that it was unacceptable to just forget about any customer and not keep them informed on the status of their vehicle. I feel he didn't act like he cared and definitely felt like he didn't care about me! I also explained to Blake the same thing about not keeping me informed and he had the same attitude as the manager. I guess Blake was too busy "playing" on his cellphone to care about me as a customer.
