On one occasion, they were kind enough to point out that my fuel filter looked loose. (the car had been occasionally smelling of gas but I hadn't looked into it) They tightened it for me free of charge and saved me a big headache. Another time, they pointed out that my ball joints would need replacing soon. They ended up being right! The prices are steep, but it's high quality oil and quality service!

The oaf (didn't get the name, bearded fellow) tells me to leave, he "doesn't have to take attitude from customers" I pointed out that I don't have to take attitude from the people I do business with and, of course, that triggers the f-bombs (I don't have a big problem with f-bombs, i threw some back, but I figure the oaf has to report to somebody and they should know about this). I would like to leave one lesson for the oaf - I laughed so hard at you saying, "don't come back to this business again!" Why on earth would anyone come back to deal with rude, stupid people AND pay too much (got my oil changed for $13 less in Baraboo (and the unnecessary synthetic you tried to foist on me would have been another $40). The entire experience was great, despite this happening on 12/23, and their shop only being open 2 days the week of Christmas and 2 days the week of New Years, I got my car back on 1/9/20. Mel kept in touch and is just the nicest person, and so was the lady at the desk. They also have an office dog, which is always a sign of fabulous people in general.
