She asked a manager for help and he told her it was okay that she dropped parts, we didn't need them. When I took the car to my mechanic afterward, they spent half an hour reinstalling the battery, including finding bolts she'd lost. it ended up costing me near $50 I went back to Autozone to complain, all the manager said was 'sorry'. I suggested the girl didn't know what she was doing, and his response was that all cars are different.

I gave her the receipt from that shop and she made a copy of it. To say that they were not initially aware of this is false. I also followed what my triple AAA representative recommended in this situation, and due to the circumstances surrounding the service with the prior shop, they recommended I be towed to the nearest Triple AAA approved shop - which was Blystone's. The very nice receptionist Yolanda did tell me that the shop is very busy and the diagnosis could take up to 2 weeks. It is the fact that after two weeks I was not told an update in timing, I was told to "TOW IT SOMEWHERE ELSE." That is a direct quote, not a dramatization. I was also asked why I didn't tow it back where it came from, afterwards. If Blystone's never intended to "get to it", they could've have been up front about that before my car sat there for two weeks. Busyness is not an excuse for poor communication. Being up front about this situation initially would've saved both of us the trouble. No excuses.

Presumably they do things with/sell trailers. But I had to give a rating to this place based on the following story. This is part 2. Part 1 can be found at http://www.yelp.com/biz/bp-station-portage As I walk toward Big O's, I see a display trailer set up outside with an awning and a table. A woman notices me, makes eye contact, and starts walking toward me as I approach. "Can I help you?" "Yeah. I'm out of gas. Do you have ANY idea where I could get some?" "Hmmm... all we have is diesel here. Just a second." The other guys at the display trailer go about their business chatting amongst themselves. She starts walking past the front entrance of the store into a gated area. She asks a group of another 4 guys if they have any suggestions and they all look blankly (I'm starting to see a trend here) and shake their heads. She finds another woman and they mumble to each other and head further into the gates. I follow. The second woman points to a spot on the lot and the first woman pulls out a gas can. A wave of relief pours over me. She pours the first gas can into a second smaller plastic gas container. I'm not sure why she did that since she pretty much emptied the first can into the second with about a half a gallon of gas. "Thank you SO much," I say. "I'll give you a ride to your car." "You don't have to do that. I'm just down the road," pointing to my car. "It's no problem. I want to get away from here anyway." "Ok." We get in her car and I come to find that a nearby river overflowed and they were under 3-4 feet of water for about a week. The week before, I-94 and Hwy 33 had been closed for several days. She gives me directions to Exit 108, I drip the contents of the gas can into my car and make it two miles to fill up my car. I filled up her gas can and returned it thanking the woman profusely. None of the other men at Big O's were very friendly, but I can see their attitude when trying to clean up after a big ol' mess. The woman that helped me may have had ulterior motives to give me a ride, but she didn't have to work as hard as she did to get me the little gas they had. That's the kind of helpfulness I expect from a small town. So if you need a trailer, and aren't far from Portage, WI, stop in at Big O's. Or if you ever find yourself stupid enough to run out of gas in the middle of Wisconsin, know that there will be at least one person around willing to help you out.

I wish more businesses ran themselves like Big O's does. Will be back for sure and will recommend them to anyone needing a new trailer or trailer service.

Unheard-of from most Freightliner shops. My previous experiences with DEF problems usually end up being in shop for 3 days to 1 week. By the way, the US government really messed up with DEF requirements because of the cost of repairs companies are incurring. They have friendly staff and very comfortable drivers room. They also have laundry machines and showers. PLEASE, some of you drivers use the showers because some of you smell really bad.

They tried to buy a car from me for way below fair market trade-in and reportedly had a buyer ready to take it off their hands at an excessive profit. They tried to convince me to have work done on my car that it didn't need, and they withheld information about something that was going to break down and would have cost far more to fix after than before a breakdown. Car was busted and there was not a single rental car in the whole town. The mechanic tried desperately to fix us up while we waited in the waiting room - all 7 of us. Andy, our service writer, came to our rescue. He was able to reschedule someone else's service so that we could use the courtesy car to get our crew back home. The level of service he showed, as well as the other employees, was superior. They made the best of our desperate situation. They really went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful!

Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell! Then I needed a part and it took 4 more months. The part came in, they started to work on my Moto and suddenly I need a new engine costing$6000. The Moto only had 600 miles. Like brand new. The initial diagnosis was wrong. Charged me $400 for diagnosis and gave me my machine back in pieces. The work order made no sense. The employees that made initial dx had already left or been fired. They made no effort to make me whole. Certainly being a women didn't help. Maybe they should decrease their ridiculous inventory and get some good employees. I was very disappointed and will go anywhere but there in the future.
