I was quoted a price for the labor being done to my vehicle and before the work was done, I was presented with a quote 3 TIMES as much as the first, with NO extra parts or service added. only one necessary service was needed and that service was nowhere near the cost difference. They give a vague, non specific to the vehicle quote to get you in the door and then tell you the services are necessary or they will be responsible in the event of an accident, even if you decline the services they say you now need. Yes they were friendly & professional, until I started declining unnecessary service and disputing quoted costs. unless you are getting BASIC work done like tires, oil changes or battery replacement, DO NOT go to the Randleman, NC location. I won't speak for the whole franchise but this location is why mechanics & garages have a bad reputation. I for one will not use them again.

They never once mentions the fee for using their new machine. I paid an extra $26 - as they are now passing off their cost of doing business (an accounting write-off I may add) to me-their customer.
