Cannot say enough good about the crew here! Although I'm about to shame myself, I had always had either my dad or husband to help me with tires. This time I was going all of my own research for the truck of my dreams that I bought 3 years ago, a 4Runner TRD Pro, and when I came in with a couple of ideas, the guys there gave me feedback on what would be best when I gave them my driving habits. They had my new tires on in 90 minutes, told me to come back the next day to give the lug nuts a quick adjustment, and that was it! By the way, my tires were special order - ordered them on a Saturday at 4 and I got the call Monday morning to bring my truck over!! I was impressed how they treated a friend a few years ago when he got a flat so I knew I'd be coming here when I needed tires. Great guys, polite, knowledgeable and super helpful. I've had multiple bad experiences with this tire warehouse, sometimes you get a good crew and 90 percent of the time u get a terrible one that clearly doesn't want to be there or care about you or the work they do to your vehicle. Have had multiple alignments completely messed up leaving it worse than when I brought it in, I will never go back to this location again or recommend them to anyone. read more

I had an appointment yesterday morning at 8:00 places closed I had an appointment at 8:00 this morning on the 22nd of July and the place was closed again when I called the service line to talk to the customer service on I called was on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for them to answer I left the number for them to call me back it is now 2 hours since my last call to them no call services not very good even though I've used them in the past and had no problem this is the first time this year I called and set an appointment up and I'm not very happy with the service that we're getting there's also other people that were waiting there today with no answer read more

Had an alignment appointment setup for 3/7/26 and they completely botched the alignment. talked to the manager and he said drop it off 3-8-26 and we will redo it along with add tpms sensors on 3-9-26. got called and picked up the truck and was told they tried aligning it 3 times and could not get it aligned. was told they did install the sensors and they would refund me the cost of the alignment which they could not do as the manager would not answer the phone. as I walked out I noticed that every single rim was damaged from where they removed the lug nuts and installed them along with the lug nuts themselves were damaged and now were mismatched as they just threw random lug nuts on. went inside and tried to explain my complaint and I would like it fixed and was told nothing could be done till the manager would answer. cost of replacement of these rims and lug nuts is roughly $1923.50 in damages. Already filed with bbb and now yelp. Next step will be small claims court if the issue cannot be resolved. I have supporting pictures and documents all time stamped. I do not recommend this company at all. There employees have no pride in there work and no respect vehicles along with being extremely rude. read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I bought a full set of new tires and had them installed here in September of last year. A few days ago, I noticed that my back left tire was flat, so I brought the tire in to determine what could have caused it to go flat. There was no evidence of a leak, but when pressure was placed on the sidewall of the tire, air leaked out between the rim and the tire itself. My understanding is that an issue like this is caused by improper installation, causing the seal between the rim and the tire to slowly lose it's integrity and allow air to leak out. I asked for the cost of a replacement tire to be covered by the establishment, being that I just purchased this tire less than a year ago, and improper installation has resulted in the need to purchase yet another new tire. They would have secured my repeat business if they had handled this properly, as I fully understand that mistakes happen. As long as accountability is taken for those mistakes, that is the mark of a great business. Unfortunately, I was met with an incredibly rude manager who was not willing to collaborate on coming up with a solution to this problem. I will not be taking my business here in the future, and I hope that sharing this experience prevents others from going through the same thing. read more

Well my experience was fantastic! I realized my van had a flat at 3pm. While waiting for a tow truck, I called around and got 4 quotes. Only 1 shop had the snow tires I wanted in store....only 1 shop would do it that day. The Tire Warehouse! I got a tow to the tire warehouse. It gets better, by 5:15 I was driving home. Now this scenario, remember started at 3pm. Waking up that morning I would have never guessed I was snow tire shopping that evening and these guys turned a bad day into a great day. They not only had the best price on my specific snow tire, they also delivered the best service experience I've ever had in my 43 years on this planet. Way to go Don! read more

Called them and immediately got an attitude that came complete with a "well, I can't predict the future" when I asked for an estimate on how long a snow tire change over would take. Figured my first call was just a guy having a bad day so I called again a few days later. Got a similar attitude. In the end, if I'm treated like crap before I even get there, I really don't trust them to not screw me on my car. read more

Manager Chris at this location is an exceptional guy with great, friendly attitude I have not found with other tire shops. Most others seem annoyed to even have to help the customer while Chris is outgoing and more than willing to help. His assistant Don was also outstanding, calling another of their locations to make sure they had the tire I needed, then asked that rep to double check to make sure it was exactly the right dimensions before I drove over to that store to have it installed. He was also very friendly, and I give a 5 star rating to both guys, plus the service was fast and the best prices I have found. Highly recommend this store. read more
