Horrible experience. Chose tires on the site and booked an appointment to have them installed,…read morethey're on sale for Labor Day weekend. I drove a half hour to the location on a Sunday to find out they're not in stock and need to be ordered... at least that's what I was able to decipher from the mumbling attendant. No offer of a substitute, no resolution suggested besides "I can have them here Tuesday". That does not help and I will never use this company ever again. 20 years ago my dad had a friend who managed one so I always went to them, different locations... for years. Not anymore.

I've been a customer of TW for over 30 years, so I popped on in. They had a pretty good price for the two tires I needed, but being a non-profit, I inquired if they could do even better. The certainly did and were extremely helpful about it. Literally, everything about the interaction was one of the most positive experiences I have had at the retail level in ages. I was greeted at the door by a man installing tires. He was friendly and welcoming. Inside at the counter, more of the same (a second man), something that doesn't always happen in the world of automotive parts/service. Beyond that, he set up our non-profit in his system so we could continue to receive those benefits on future purchases. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had a bathroom available (also clean). The only other customer while I was there, a middle-aged woman, had repairs done to her tire which were explained clearly and completely by the first employee who had greeted me. She had questions that made it apparent she was not fully savvy about cars/tires. He was very patient and thorough in his explanation did so without talking down to her (another thing that is fairly UNcommon in this business). TW has always treated me right in terms of price, but the service at the Somersworth location is far-and-away the best I have seen at any business of this type. Do not hesitate!

Wow this place is a joke!!! I would give them a -5 if I could!! They ordered the wrong parts,…read moreinstalled them against manufactures recommendation which was stated right on the installation sheet and damaged our truck!! Wow this place is a joke!!! We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won't fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! "WHAT DID THEY DO?? First of all these airbags will never work with a fifth wheel hitch and they are an over kill for this truck!! Second they attached them to the leaf spring and this installation paper states not to use them with leaf springs!!" Thankfully he was able to remove the installed air bags, replace them with the correct ones and reinstall to 5th wheel hitch at a cost of $800! We called Paul who told my husband they don't give refunds but bring the parts back and he would give him credit for the parts. My husband made arrangements to use that credit for something else. When he went to schedule work and use the credit they denied everything, handed him the parts back and said we don't accept parts back! There is nothing we can do for you!! I would not trust bringing my bicycle to them... They do not know what they are doing and are severely over priced!!

The…read moreday had been rainy, but I used my garden hose to wash off some pebbles in my driveway in order to seal coat it the next day when the weather would be better. I noticed an oily rainbow like splotch where I had parked in the driveway and hosed that off as well. The next day I came and went doing errands with my car and soon noticed several splotch's of oil in the driveway. The next day showed even more oil spots. On Sunday as I had gone by to get my car washed (undercarriage included), I noticed Central Park Garage was open. So I stopped by and told the person about the oily driveway and the situation. They took it in the bay, looked at it, then said that the oil pan was fine but they did notice a slight trace of oil near the main engine gasket. Ok fine, brought the car home and placed cardboard under it. The next day still had no oil spots. Miraculously the problem is gone. I remembered that I watched her go down into the bay to get a look, so I know that she had checked the undercarriage as well. My conclusion is that the office attendant was less than honest with me. I'm not certain that I will ever return since I don't like dealing with dishonest people and my driveway is a oily splotchy mess.

Dear Owner or Manager,…read more This letter serves as a formal written demand for a refund of unauthorized repair charges in the amount of $289.93, paid under protest on December 4, 2025, at Central Park Garage. The vehicle was brought in solely to address a washer line issue. No authorization was given for additional repairs or labor beyond inspecting and fixing the windshield washer system. Despite this, your shop completed other work and refused to release my vehicle until I paid the full amount. This is a direct violation of New Hampshire RSA 358-A:2 and related automotive repair disclosure laws, which require customer authorization prior to performing repairs. As stated in your website: Trust, Service, and Satisfaction--Guaranteed. I believe your website also boasts the mantra "EVERY JOB IS PERSONAL". Well, this 'guarantee' and 'personal work' did not occur and in order to stay true to your motto, I am seeking a refund for work that was never requested or disclosed before a bill was provided to me. Then, when I refuse to pay, I was told I would need to or the car would not be released to me and I was to reach out to management--but, they were all on vacation which left me in rather challenging place as I need a vehicle. This was highly unprofessional and saddenening. To make matters worse, a subsequent inspection at another garage revealed that the washer system was still not fixed, and the original parts were left inside the engine compartment -- evidence of unprofessional and incomplete service. I request an immediate refund of $289.93 for the unauthorized and incomplete work.
