SOLD VEHICLE EXPERIENCE I'm writing a quick review of my…read moreexperience strictly selling my vehicle to the Saint Helens Auto Center, specifically the Ford portion of the dealer. I DID NOT buy a car from them. I used TrueCar to sell my vehicle. TrueCar is pretty awesome from my experience btw. Anyway, the dealer contacted me quickly after I sent my vehicle info to TrueCar as they were a verified TrueCar dealership. Once I let them know I was a TrueCar seller, they gave me the guarantee TrueCar price. I was given this price online and they didn't try to haggle me down. Which was paramount to me for my ideal experience. I briefly met the used car manager, Frank, when I went in to give them the car and was primarily helped by Jennifer in sales. They we're both accommodating, friendly, and professional! They did NOT "BS" me in any aspect at any point! Even with Frank being busy dealing with live online auctions, they clearly communicated to me Frank needed a little time to finish up his online auctions and then they'd draw up all paperwork and have it ready at the time we agreed on. AND THEY DID! Clear communication AND sticking to their word! Thank goodness! I went home for about an hour so he could finish his auctions, and then Jennifer came to my house, with all necessary paperwork and let me sign in the comfort of my home. After all papers were signed, she drove my (now their) car back to the dealership. My wife and I barely had to lift a finger. Just an easy process from start to finish. As far as my selling experience goes, I couldn't recommend this dealer more! See Jennifer in sales! She's so pleasant and amazing to work with. When it comes time to get another car, I'll definitely see if their selling side matches their purchasing side! Thank you Frank and Jennifer!

Well, we come here and find out it's actually 201.99 and NOT programmed. And they refused to honor the price even though we were lied to twice. Their excuse was "oh everyone left at once from the company and those people didn't even work here and did things however they want". Will never return here and I hope owner sees this and makes it right.

According to "The H.A.M.B.," much of the steering and suspension parts that come out of China need to be banned... I think "Down Under," they have. But overall my experiences in buying aftermarket or OE parts has been a "buyer beware" proposition unless the part is made in the USA or isn't essential in the vehicle's safety and operation. What I liked about Car Quest/Advance was their guys could find solutions for the most oddball of applications... I have a 44 year old "Captive Import" 4x4.... its not stock, but try and find OE electrical, HVAC, and suspension parts for it... As such with a GM harness, Car Quest/Advance found right off the shelf, a simple GM 1 wire alternator. NAPA had no clue what I was talking about, and O'Reilly's was just as dumbfounded.... 'it's not in the computer." Sure, it required modifying the OE bracket, but it works perfectly. Another street rodding friend has a '41 Chevy.... try and find the little odds and ends, let alone some big ones for a Chevy small block that don't quite fit... and they found solutions. You cannot find that kind of face to face customer service on eBay or Amazon. Therefore we need to support our local brick and mortar auto parts stores.

Hundreds of dollars in filing fees and taxes, and failure to offer her the option to tag and register the trailer herself. My mother did not fully understand many of these charges at the time of signing, and they were not adequately explained. Several appear to be unauthorized upsells or redundant products. These practices, combined with the physical defects and the earlier incident where she waited over six hours for promised vehicle service (forcing her to walk in the rain), demonstrate a clear pattern of taking advantage of an elderly customer.

We now have an awning that is still not functional and needs more work. This was paid by insurance upfront and they tried to charge us additional money. They are not honest, they do very poor work and have multiple different explanations on what is wrong. I would never recommend there company to anyone I know. We will finish the job paying out of pocket elsewhere due to how bad they have treated us.

From day one, Cody had been there every step of the way. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered every question, and always had a positive, can-do attitude. The latest adventure involved me getting new tires for my 2500. I called and got a price for a the same tires that came with the truck, as they have been great tires. They gave me a price for tires and a alignment. I told them that was good, and i would like to get a appointment. The gentlemen on the phone said he would have the service manager call me and set one up. I got a text from them about a hour later. Wrong name to begin with. But after I made sure they were not talking to the wrong guy, we set one up for 9am on Friday. I show up at the set time, and they do no have me in the computer. And to top it off, they do not have the tires ordered. The guy setting at the desk tells me he does not know why they set up a appointment without ordering tires. I pull up the text, and show it to him. Lo and behold, the text is from him. He even tells me that that is him. Then he tries to pull up the tires I wanted, and they can not even get them, as they are not available. It does not even show a price, so not sure how they gave me a quote to begin with. He then pulls up something similar. I tell them they are ok. and they set up a new appointment the following Friday. I show up to the appointment with a coupon from Mopar for buy 3 tires and get the 4th for $1. They have sent me the same coupon for 3 months straight. It even has the dealerships logo on the front. I hand it to the guy behind the desk (its a different guy from the week before.) and he can not find it in the website. He even calls Mopar. They tell him the program does not start until the next month. ??? A coupon from Mopar, with a expiration date, and Mopar can not find it. LOL Now, the one good thing they did was fight to honor the coupon, and they did. I will give them that. Now the issues. The did a recall on the emissions. I have told them every time I am in there, "no, I do not want it". They did it anyways. I also did not get a alignment. That was part of the original quote. I had also asked them to wash the back side of the wheels while they had them off. They did not do that. No big deal. They told me it would be a few hours. So we waited around town to be ready to pick it up. They did not get done until the end of the day. No big deal. But communication would be nice. The tires that I received, are not the model that they quoted me. They are off road tires. I did not want off road tires. I do not take my truck off road. Like I said, I try to give local businesses credit. I want to use them and highlight them. but these guys have been not so great. I understand why they have changed management a few times. In fact, I was going to buy a truck there, but the sales guy was a scum bag and I never went back. I wrote a check for a new truck elsewhere.
