My husband recently bought a car from this dealership, and it has been a complete nightmare from day one. The car was not as advertised, arrived with a dent, and was missing the air compressor it claimed to include. We've had issue after issue ever since. They were responsible for issuing the license plate, and it took forever. We barely drove the car and immediately noticed more problems: The starter button was delayed, the windshield wiper fluid sprayer doesn't work at all, and just three weeks after purchase, the check engine light came on. A trusted mechanic confirmed transmission issues and said the battery needed replacement, explaining the starter issue. This is not just bad luck, it's clear the car was sold to us in defective condition. Even the mechanic we took it to said we should complain about being sold a lemon. To make things worse, the "forever warranty" that they constantly bring up covers very little. We attempted to reach out to the dealership to find a solution, and guess what? They GHOSTED us. The sales rep, MAURICIO, completely disappeared and showed zero accountability. The finance person and sales team were eager and quick when it came to closing the deal, but as soon as we needed help, SILENCE! The most shocking part? After my husband signed the financing agreement under a specific monthly payment, they sent him a new contract AFTER signing, claiming the bank required higher monthly payments. Completely MISLEADING and UNETHICAL! We are now out $1,800 for repairs on a car we've barely used -- while still making loan and insurance payments. When we finally spoke to the GM, all he agreed to help out with was the bad battery. He quickly retracted that offer when we asked for all relevant documents to be sent to us. They pulled a classic yo yo financing scam on us and all we wanted to do was speak to someone about our options. This was apparently too much for the GM so he won't even help with the battery now. There has been no accountability and NO HELP at all. This dealership lacks customer service, integrity, and basic respect for its customers. We are now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal counsel for consumer protection. We are also requesting full documentation of the transaction. If you're thinking of buying a car here, DON'T. If something goes wrong with your vehicle, you will be completely on your own. This dealership will ignore you, avoid responsibility, and leave you with a defective car and a financial burden. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business to another local dealer.

I'm 13 years old, and I was riding my electric bike. There was an open space through the oil change bays, and I thought I could ride through it to get to the other side. While I was there, I accidentally fell off my bike. An employee who had a beard and was wearing what I believe was a hat immediately started yelling, "Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing?" I was confused and replied, "Nothing." He then said, "This is a business." I told him that I was just riding through. Instead of calmly explaining the rules or asking me to leave politely, he told me to "get the **** out of here" twice. I was honestly shocked because I'm only 13 years old, and I didn't expect an adult to talk to me that way over what was just a mistake. I got back on my bike and left. As I was leaving, I said, "You weird, bro," and rode away. I understand that businesses have rules and may not want people riding through their service area. If that was the case, a simple and respectful explanation would have been enough. There was no reason to yell or use profanity toward a child. When I came to pick it up, I could immediately tell it had been finished in gloss instead of satin--something that was obvious at a glance. When I pointed this out, JC refused to take responsibility. Instead, he gaslit me, claiming no one could possibly know what finish a wheel should have unless the customer specifically told them beforehand. That's not only unreasonable--it's lazy. If he wasn't sure, he could've asked. But rather than take ownership, he blamed me for not bringing a second wheel or the entire car as a reference, despite previously assuring me that one wheel was enough. He even tried to shift blame further by saying the wheel was "old and dirty." It's less than a year old, garage-kept, and in great shape. That excuse doesn't hold up--especially considering any shop doing refinishing work should clean the wheel before applying a new finish. At that point, it would've been clear it was not a gloss finish, and again, a quick message to confirm would have solved everything. To make matters worse, JC's behavior was completely unprofessional. At every turn, he seemed more interested in upselling than fixing the problem. First, he offered to refinish all four wheels in gloss (the wrong finish) for a "discounted" $300. Then it became, "Bring the wheel back and I'll do it for $80." By that point--after the back and forth--I had zero confidence in his work or his integrity, and absolutely no interest in handing over more money. I trusted JC's word and expected professional service. What I got instead was a botched job, deflection, and a total lack of accountability for a simple, avoidable mistake. They didn't have the tools to work on a Chevrolet truck and then didn't want to give me a list of the tools they needed.
