I pulled up to the empty service bay ( no other customers) and waited for someone to direct me into the service bay. A guy came out of the office and walked over to the refrigerator and got a bottle of water. He crossed back in front of me, never acknowledged me. He went over to lean on the open window into the office. I waited a couple minutes and left.

Now it leaks and I called them and they said too bad take it to a repair shop. They never wrote anything about the helicoil on the paperwork. I went in Sat the 12th around 10:30, everyone at this location is very friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was surprised to see a woman manager!
