It is a $10,000 show quality paint job not a spray can. I question the validity of this as I have seen multiple trucks with not original paint that have Line-X liners. I asked them why and they had no legitimate explanation aside from "it won't stick". This is untrue. Apparently they pick and choose their customers. The reason for this review is that I took my truck to a different location who was more than willing to work on my truck. I mentioned what I was told by the other location and apparently that was untrue.

They don't really have a waiting area inside the service department, but they do have a very nice area upstairs in the sales building. You can look at the new cars and also sit and work while you wait, which I have done before. The customer service is good and appropriate, although not necessarily something that stands out as amazing. I did miss having easier access to water, coffee, or a more convenient waiting area with those options available. Still, compared to many other dealerships I've been to in the past, this has been a much better experience. I would recommend them. For a shop that works on high-end cars this level of service is reprehensible. The car also came back with dirt tracked onto the floor mat from their gravel lot. and mud/gravel around the wheel wells. The wheel marks are the main issue. They are not massive gouges, but they are on magnesium wheels which are very susceptible to corrosion. Between the damage and the complete lack of communication afterward, I would never trust HBI with any service or sale. They are walking the tightrope of an actual business and scam very carelessly.

I called the Summit Square location and was told they could get to it first thing the next morning. I rode in with the tow driver and then met with the counter staff at Parrish to do all the paperwork. They offered me a loaner car, but then realized it was already promised to another customer. Not a problem as I had already reserved a rental. The starter was replaced the next morning, and the car was available for pickup before lunch. Parrish continues to be my go-to place for automotive service.
