AAA helped me to find this shop and they have been extremely helpful and fantastic to work with. I had to stay overnight for a new alternator to be brought in. They fetched my car from where it died and dropped me off a hotel. Part they had shipped in was bad, so they made a special trip to Sioux Falls (2 hour round trip) to get yet another one so I wouldn't have to delay my travels yet another day. All the mechanics have been courteous and very helpful.

Okoboji Motors are people of their word and the techs are great…read more I came in for their special for an oil change and free tire rotation and inspection. during the tire rotation I told them I thought I had a warped rotor. The inspection found a bad wheel bearing and sure enough, we had the techs come out and ver it and you could really feel it. The service writers checked my power train warranty and CPO warranty and said it should be covered... and the next day they fit me in the schedule. During the repair, the service writers checked the warranty further and found it would not be covered... but without me even bringing it up... they stood by their word and took care of it anyway. Pulled into Graham's (at lunch hour on Memorial Day weekend, no less) and this place got me right in. They fixed my leak (caused by a small nail) and i was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. All for $20 bucks!!! They also had a nice, clean establishment (including restrooms) and a waiting area stocked with beverages, snacks, coffee, etc.

They said to come on in whenever we could and they would get it done. We showed up about an hour later, walked in and they remembered our situation from the phone call. We pulled the trailer up and went inside to wait. The waiting room was nice, a table with chairs, covered in magazines and newspapers to read, free coffee and sodas, and a tv to watch. They got us in and out super quick, were very reasonably priced, and were friendly and polite. If in the area and you need tire work I'd recommend this place.
