Next time you are thinking of going to the movies to see a horror flick, save yourself $15.00 and visit the Bensalem Walmart. Scariest place on earth. This place has definitely taken a nosedive in the past few years. It use to be a lot better. An assortment of beyond creepy clientele. I haven't met all of the staff, but the ones I had the misfortune of meeting are overly nasty, especially some of the greeters. I don't even know how some of them got jobs. This place was never like that before. Will never set foot in this place again. I ran out the last time I was there. I've been to other Walmarts and they are much better than this one. read more

Horrible !! Bought my battery less then three months ago and every other shop I went to says it has a bad cell beside this crappy Walmart because they don't want to replace it of course!! Done with every Walmart they are disgustingly rude!! Not very good Service I know it's Walmart and we all go there cuz it's cheap but for all the money they make I would think the could pay the workers more so they could hire better people who cared just a little bit. And not have to scrape the bottom on the workforce pool for people who will work for bad pay. But I'm not happy when I can't find something there and know I have to ask anybody walking by who I know don't work in that Dep and will just say hold on I will get somebody or I will find out as they never come back. I was at this store tonight shopping in the women's section. While I was in the section I noticed a man who was hanging around in the same area as me and we made eye contact a few times as we crossed paths. I found this odd b/c he was in the women's section but brushed it off and continued knowing that I was in a safe environment provided by Walmart. I then bought 4 articles of clothing at the self checkout lane. After, I was then abruptly stopped by the same man I saw following me in the women's section and he asked to check my bag . I realized then that whole time I was being watched by this secret shopper and then questioned as if I was stealing. He physically dug through my bag of purchased clothing and was very intimidating throughout the whole process. I felt violated and profiled by this man and he had no reason to suspect that I did anything wrong. I only had my wallet with me and was not acting in any deceitful manner. This is profiling. Such an extreme disappointment. Do not go to this store, unless you want to be profiled, questioned, violated and publicly embarrassed. read more

I can't stand walmarts in general but at least this one doesn't look like a prison. The workers here speak English and are nice, so that's about all you can hope for at one of these. Props to the employees, downs to shareholders. read more

Clean, neat, and they had what I wanted. Had a very friendly cashier who unfortunately couldn't get the anti-theft device off the vacuum I was buying, but called for help and got me straightened out right away. A very positive experience! read more

I was at this Walmart on 10/21/18 looking for Cupid under garments I could not find the size or style that I was looking for. I asked the girl sitting in the fitting room area looking like she was bored for assistance her response was that is not my department. Okay it is not your department but can you call someone to the department to assist me. No she says go to customer service and ask them to help you. What a waste of my time I finally left the store and went online to order the product and have it shipped to me. I win cause I am going to get money back from using ebates and now I don't need to get aggravate my people who don't want a job. read more

I have been to this Walmart's automotive service center 4 times in the last 6 months. Each time I went I was told it would take two hours to change my oil. It doesn't matter when I go or how many cars are in the parking lot or sitting in a garage bay. Two hours. I went there on Friday morning, there wasn't a single car in the parking lot or inside the garage. I went inside to a miserable, angry counter person (Marissa or Mellisa, I can't remember ) I said its Friday, Its almost over. Trying to cheer her up. She yelled at me and said "I just ripped my nail. My real nail." Right then and there I finally realized that I should stop going there. The reason, I was there a month ago for new tires and she was just as miserable and her response to my "good Morning" was I just ripped my brand new nails" So I guess thats her goto excuse for looking nasty all the time. She must of not been getting the sympathetic response she is looking for so she changed her excuse from fake nails to her actual nails. So then I asked her why it would be two hours. she said that there were three cars in front of me. I asked her where there were. She turned red and looked at me blankly. I'm finished with Walmart. Sometimes trying to save money isn't worth the aggravation. read more

While the store features bargain prices, it is also overcrowded, dirty, and poorly staffed. In the store this morning around 9am, we asked 3 different employees where something was located, and none of them new. One guy just shrugged his shoulders, and then kept pushing his merch cart. Men's room was also filthy and had an awful odor, and paper all over the floor in the early morning. Why was this not cleaned overnight? read more

I went in last night and racked up on Christmas stuff. $296 worth of stuff! After waiting about 10 minutes to get to the register the cashier already had a horrible attitude! She was rude and disrespectful. I am very humble so in response to her rudeness I just smiled. After she rang everything up and gave me the total I tried to pay with my pffcu credit card. She notified me that the card did not go through so I tried again. She scolded me accusing me of pressing cancel as the transaction was trying to go through! Knowing that there was zero balance on my card and a very high credit limit I knew there was no way possible for it to have been the card. So with her attitude her response then was to yell "maybe it's insufficient funds." I calmly told her there was no way possible that could be it however I did have my debit card, so I told her I would try that card and again it didn't go thru. I nicely asked her if she can "try another register I honestly believe that it was the machine! I am positive that there was no way it could be my card". She sucked her teeth at me then said it was my card "like I said Insufficient funds" Feeling very frustrated I asked to speak to a manager and instead she got the manager and they canceled my transaction. Then right in front of the manager the cashier said for me to "go home and get another card!" That same night about an hour later I stopped at another location with my brother and decided to try out the card one more time just to make sure it wasn't the card and to prove to myself it was their machine. I purchased a Playstation4 with bundle pack without a problem! I wouldn't have been so angry and frustrated with this store if the cashier didn't keep yelling "maybe its insufficient funds" in a line full of 30 people, or if the manager would have just taken me to another machine to try to process my payment or attempt to solve the problem! Maybe the cashier had food in her teeth I don't know, however the sucking of her teeth before every other word that comes out of your mouth is just RUDE! I've been a "M"customer for a good while, but the last time I got tires they got me for an alignment twice in three months. I searched when I needed new tires. I called another Wal-Mart and they suggested that I come tomorrow because it's first come, first serve in the auto department. I called the Bensalem Wal-Mart. They were very helpful and squeezed me in for my tires. Robert is very professional and knowledgeable in the auto center! I'll be coming here from now on! read more

Beware the Receipt Nazi. After spending over $100 on diapers, food, cleaning products, etc...normal stuff my family uses all the time, I was detained at the front door by an employee who went over EVERY DAMN ITEM in my cart and on my receipt. I understand checking the receipt on a flatscreen, but ordinary groceries? I don't appreciate being treated like a thief for doing my usual shopping. I'll go to the Target on the other side of Rt. 1 instead. read more

I have called this store on several occasion, and when Customer Service attempts to switch me over to the Department I want to speak to, each time I have called NO ONE answers. I don't get it. Photo Department and Electronice are horrible. The store and employee's I will admit are very nice, friendly and personable. The store is clean, neat, and well stocked. The store manager is very helpful. I really think they need to hire a few more people for photo and electronics. Not anwering the phones sent me to Target just a few minutes away to get the phone I would have purchased at Walmart. read more

I don't see the new Walmart in Philadelphia Mills (Use to be called Franklin Mills) listed on here so I'll review under this one. Do you ever notice for a big store like Walmart why they don't keep their stores stocked. Everytime I go in their store there are so short on everything. I went in there for a address book and not one in the whole store. I'm sure the make good money so why don't they hire enough people to keep the shelves stocked.
