I come to this Walmart all the time. The employees are great, for the most part. There is a young man named Antonio who works in the toy section who is especially helpful and kind. This store is absolutely terrible. They treat their employees badly and the parking lot is impossible to escape during peak hours.

The staff was OK, but the parking was horriable and the aisles are way to cramped for easy passage and browsing

I can shop here with no problem. I even use the carts which is great. They can however make sure they're fully charged though and tag how people can know how they are fully charged and when they are not. The price of items is fare and the services can do a little better in some departments but overall its great. read more

I will never come to this location unless it was for an emergency evacuation. I understand that Walmart is not a facility that has a good reputation. However, it's the holidays which means in the customer service industry that you're extra cheerful and polite to the patrons. Unfortunately this was not the case. I had to grab a few things and I happened to be in the area. Upon entering the store the greeter didn't greet anyone. Then a cashier was very rude and needed my ID for a purchase. She set it on the counter and I picked it up. She then proceeded to say that she forgot to put in the license number. I know my number by heart so I stated it. She said I need to see your ID again. I politely stated I just gave you the number. Next thing I know, she turns the screen around and says she needs to put it in. Instead of going to another level, I handed her my ID back. When she was di e with it, instead of placing it in my hand like I did for her, she put it back on the counter. I informed her that she could show the same respect that was given and handed it back to me. I've worked in customer service for 8 years. I know how to treat a patron. Walmart Pharmacist Error cost $842.76. I have very bad experience with Walmart Pharmacy at 2200 Washington Pike, Carnegie, PA 15106, USA. I am very much disappointed with this incident because I have ordered that three medicines together and I got 2 medicines on the date of order on November 30, 2015. Since the third medicine (Kombiglyza 2.5/1000) was not in the stock and the Pharmacist said it has to be reordered. I have confirmed with Pharmacist even though I am going to pick up the medicine later but the bill will run through the Order date Not by the pick up day. Then, I have Picked up the medicine Kombiglyza on Dec. 2, 2015 with Zero Dollar copay with vendor coupon. Before picking up the medicine I have confirmed with Pharmacist that the bill run through the Nov. 30, 2015 and he did that too. After about 6 months I have received a letter from insurance Financial Service (Dated 04/5/2015), stating that insurance billed for a prescription drug cost $842.76 due to my coverage with Insurance was terminated. I have Health Insurance coverage until Nov. 30, 2015. Surprisingly, I came to know that the Walmart Pharmacy claimed $842.76 bill on 12/2/2015. As soon as received this letter I contacted the Pharmacy (Store 5040, Carnegie) and was asking to rebill the process but the Pharmacist been advised that he needs to talk to his Manager in order to rebill the process by paper bill. Meanwhile, in order to speed up the Rebilling process, I have submitted Member Appeal with the insurance and its been denied based on the Walmart Pharmacy response to the Insurance. Its very frustrating and mentally distress since this issue is been started and no one in the Pharmacy (Store 5040, PA 15106) is not willing to help to resolve this issue. I am believing that Walmart Pharmacists are fully qualified and trained Professionals and now this incident making me to rethink. Pharmacists are responsible for providing not only the correct information about medicine but also should be informed about Claim also. I ensured TWICE that the bill run through the order date not by pick up date with Pharmacist. I would have purchased the medicine from ANY other drug store or DECLINED to Reordered the Kombiglyza medicine. Moreover, the Kombiglyza was NOT a SOON order to refill as well as no need of Pre-authorization. Now the medicine cost of $842.76 i have to pay, just because of the Pharmacist Mistake. I am not in a position to pay this much huge amount. Meanwhile i sent complaint to walmart customer care, eventually the local Walmart manage called me and compensating with $xx/= gift card. I am keeping that amount as documentation and not using at all. I would appreciate if someone help regarding this issue and how handle appropriate action against Walmart Pharmacist.
