I only come here if I absolutely have to. Walmart has better prices (on certain things) compared to Target. This place in crazy and hectic, always packed. It's even packed early weekday mornings. Okay. How many of us rate every Walmart that we go to? Not me, but I felt compelled by all of the negative ratings to at least try to balance things somewhat. Yes. There is room for improvement...no doubt. This is true about most Walmarts. YET, I did have a good experience here other than the two following things. 1. Selection seemed to be less that what I was accustomed to. 2. The lines were LONG...like bad long, no like Christmas long. My experience is a little unique but worthy of 0 stars. I called yesterday looking for a black sweatshirt. The woman said she would hold it for me for 1 hr. I told her im omw right now. I arrived within 20 min. I generally hate shopping at Walmart but I had already checked all of the other stores and no one had one. This was the last thing I needed to complete my Halloween costume. When I arrived I found out that she had not held the shirt for me and now I had to shop. So a hunting I went. Found a shirt and some pants. After I found the pants it dawned on me that my car key had somehow slipped off my wrist when I was shopping. I immediately retraced all my steps and went back to find it but I could not find it. I searched all the black clothing areas where I had been and the fitting room with no luck. Now I'm panicking so I ask the employees for help, then I ask the manager for help no one will help me. They won't review the cameras, they won't have an employee help me look they won't even let me use the phone to call for roadside assistance. I end up begging the girl in the vision department to use her phone to get me the number to my insurance company. She gets it bit won't let me call. So I have to use a payphone to call. I end up stranded at the store for 6 hrs. Trying to get my car towed to the dealer and get home. No one would help me at all in that store. I asked manager, employees and security who would do nothing at all. I can't vow I will never use Walmart again because Idk the future but it won't be this one ever again and the chain will be my extreme last resort forever. read more

It's horrible here. They never stock their shelves here I swear. When you ask when an item will be available they tell you only one person is responsible for ordering in the whole store and they have no idea. They say they have trucks coming in daily but where is the products? They go weeks without stuff on the shelves. Asked to speak to a manager and had to wait 20 minutes just to be told they were all in a meeting. Shopped for awhile asked for a manager again and was told they were all out at lunch. I sat and waited to get my dog a leash and collar, my little brother had asked 2 different employees to open the lock for us to grab my dogs items so I could take him to the vet. Yet no one came over. I sat there with my dog (who has seizures so I was NOT willing to leave him in the car). I pushed the button over 20 times and no one showed up. I'm very upset. I genuinely hope corporate sees this. I stood there and waited for someone to open the lock for me for over 30 minutes. I was about to be late for my dogs vet appointment, so I had to leave and explain to my vet why my dog didn't have a leash or collar. While I was waiting, someone came over to STOCK the dog toys while my family and I were waiting, pushing the button, expressing how frustrated we were, and she payed NO attention to us whatsoever. They do not care about the customer whatsoever. I've worked in grocery stores and retail stores before, this was just outrageous and unexceptional. I had to pay twice the price for a collar and leash for my dog at the vet than I could've at Walmart. And to think this was my favorite store. read more

I still prefer shopping at Target up by Summit, but I find myself coming here with others more often for price. They are starting to clean up the store more stock up the items I usually need. Went to Walmart they gave me a high price on a tire so I went on their website that same tire that they were charging me $95 for they had it on their website for $56 so I explain to them what's the difference and They said well you have to order that online it's a different type of service we don't give that type of service in the store if it's your company and you guys are providing a service what does it matter if I have to wait for the tire shouldn't you make the customer first do not come to this Walmart shop online before you do come here because you get a better price online then you do in the store read more

Horrrribleeee service!!!! I order online 3 weeks ago something to get printed on a posted size. It said it would be ready by Jan 22 but nothing I went to the store on Jan 24 to see what the delay was as I was walking to the photo area I notice two workers leaving that area I stopped them and said can I get help at the photo area. One was leaving her shift n the other other said to help her.. so the girl that was leaving emended up walking back as she's in a hurry. She asked me for my order I told her I even apologize and said thanks for helping I know your leaving so I appreciate it. The phot station was a mess shit everywhere. She couldn't find nothing according to her, then she asked if I got an email for delivery I said no but it's past the time. She said oh well you need to wait till the email comes then it will be ready. we'll it's feb 1st and nooo email nothing. I called Walmart.com they told me my item was delivered on Jan.15 that I should of gotten an email I said well no. (I'm livid) So they refunded me because well I was upset as it is. I called the store to see if by any chance they did have it oh man that operator lady woooooo... mannnn attitudeeee! I talked to FIVE different employees simply asking if they could guide me in the right direction for a shelf and I got nasty looks, people telling me "I'm on lunch sorry" and others flat out telling me "I don't know ask someone else." I was at the register to pay for my items. There is a plastic partition between us. She was young and very friendly, and apologized for removing her mask, saying it was too hot. She pulled down her mask around her neck, then, she started to fidget with it. She touched her face. Then she proceeds to ring up my items. My concern is for her welfare as well as for the customers welfare. All employees need to be trained on mask wearing and preventing the spread of COVID-19. read more

Do not bother with their Site to Store. A simple pick up of a Micro SDHC turned into 15 minutes of fury. First of all the counter for this department was crowded with boxes, I had to squeeze through them to get to the counter. If you are looking for an accident go there. Pressing the attendant button was a waste of time and asking for the item with the email in hand was useless. All of the workers in the back would see me standing there and not 1 took the extra step to ask me if I was being helped. When asked to see the manager, Fernando, his own employees did not know where he was. Like everyone else said, dirty, unprofessional workers, that do not know an ounce of what customer service means. A transaction that should take less than 2 minutes was turned into a miserable 15 minutes of disrespect. Go to Target or order from another on line store. read more

I called to ask if I could go pick up a UV nail lamp and they never picked up. I waited for about 20 mins. for them to answer my call. I'm very upset. Costumer service needs to step up their game. I can't speak for the other staff at this Walmart, but I received very friendly customer service from three men who work at this Walmart.
