I don't usually come to this Walmart because it's not my local store. However, this Walmart offers same day pick up for custom photo cards with card stock and not just photo paper. They call even round the edges of the cards for you to make them look nicer. They have so many cards to choose from, including a teacher appreciation card. I thought I'd mention it since it's teacher appreciation week. I picked my photos up in the electronic section. Luckily, there's always someone there when I go to pick up my photos. I would've actually given this visit a 5 star review but the cashier who grabbed my photos for me didn't offer to ring up the clothes I had for my son and I went to the front of the store to pay for those. The boys section had a great selection to choose from. I usually don't find a lot of size options but this was the right day to come. They had several colors to choose from and even matching tops to the shorts. The store was clean and nicely stocked from all the aisles I walked down. The cashier in the front was very kind and even asked if I wanted to keep my hangers from the clothes. Overall, this was a great experience today! read more

I was throwing a baby shower for a work colleague the next day. I came to this Walmart in Fontana to pick up an online order for some plastic blue duckies. I wasn't able to find them at any other Walmart. I guess blue duckies were in demand. Upon arrival, I drove to the pick up area. Called the phone number. Spoke with a staff member. Someone came out with the blue duckies. I was on my way out. However, I wanted to pick up something else so I walked in as well. Store was clean and well lit. Aisles were well stocked. Found what I was looking for. Paid for the item and then left. I don't live close to this Walmart so I don't see myself coming here often, but if they have what I'm looking for that other Walmarts don't have, then you'll know where I'll be... here! read more

Good experience at this Walmart. I was just in the area for an appointment and remembered I needed some items. Staff were friendly and welcoming. This is not a Supercenter so grocery items are very limited; I did not see any fresh produce. The store layout is same as other Walmarts similar in size so it made it easier to find items. F this wall mart management sucks I think it's time to promote a real team to run this store I had a couple of bad experiences and when I bring it up to management there expression on there face is like ok and what do you want me to do I went to my appointment to get tires installed I waited in my car 15min some one comes out I told him I had a appointment over a purchase I did over the phone on some tires and he says we have to reschedule your appointment because we don't have enough techs they were already installing tires on one car and took the person in that was in front of me I asked to speak to the store manager after 20 min pass the tech comes out and says manager is going to tell you the same thing and I said it's ok I just want to speak to the manager after 15 min pass I see no one called him I walk into the store and went looking for him after I found him it was nothing but BS my thing is if you guys are going to reschedule my appointment my not pick up the phone and give me a call and let me know why wait till I get there so he turned my service down and said come back tomorrow any time ask for me or the other manager and we will take care of you I go back the second day get in line boom another tech comes out and boom tells me the same thing we don't have enough techs to get the job done I told him wait a min I was here yesterday and heard the same thing so I just walked In And requested a manager he came and as I was telling him his face looked like he don't give a dam I told him everything from the day before and I still don't get a I apologize for the inconvenience or anything like that I was just told I had to pay to get the tires installed I told him I got theses tires threw Klarna witch it's all included in one bill it was all already paid for he don't understand what I was saying so I just took off and another client came to me in the parking lot and told me they did the same thing to her in a oil change they dint rescheduled her and when she finally got in they said they don't have the right oil so she said I'll go get it across the street then they said we don't have the air filter either till this day I haven't had my refund on my tires this is the worst experience I have ever had I had to repurchase my tires while they refund my first one read more

I had made an online order. On March 15, Sunday, about 10:56am, 40lb of dry dog food was delivered today, but left in the middle of my yard. I have an email with employee's name (Maricruz) who delivered it and photo. However was not able to access my email to upload the photo. This is not acceptable. I used to come to this walmart all the time to shop and to pickup meds from the pharmacy. Everything was good at one point, even the staff made you feel welcomed, but over the years, that changed. I had left a positive review of this location, but find it necessary to edit after years of dealing with the disrespect. First off, the old man with the beard that's checking receipts at the door comes off as a jerk. At first, he used to be nice, but I guess he got tired of my face real quick. Every time I walked into this walmart, I would see and hear him be jolly with everyone else, but when I would walk up to him, he would just give me a serious face and keep it real short with me. He stopped me one time to check what I had inside my dog carrying bag and I happily obliged. I explained that it was my dog and tried to be nice with him, but he just kept it real short and told me to keep going. I see how he was nice with other but somehow wanted to act like a jerk with me. The rest of the staff members were just as rude, with some blocking the corridors with their carts and leaving the stock room doors open. Another time I came in around 11:30am needing something from Garden, and they wouldn't let anyone back there because they were "on lunch." Another time I went to pick up medicine from the pharmacy and Adriana started to assist me. I immediately mentioned to her that I was there to pickup 2 prescriptions. She gave me one and decided to walk out on me in the middle. She told me that the other worker would be finishing up with me, and without even telling her a word, she just left me hanging there assuming that this other girl was going to help me. There was a long line of people waiting at the pharmacy for this one girl and I had to jump in there like I was cutting everyone in line. If Adriana had to go home, why even bother taking me. So unrofessional. It's bad enough that shopping at this walmart is stressful as it is with the small isles and the horrible parking situation outside, but the bad customer service just adds to the frustration. Also, please fix your parking entrance in the front. You don't know how many times I see bad drivers exiting through the entrance and almost causing an accident on Foothill. Anyways, I will not be coming back to this WalMart and will be going elsewhere for my medications. This location does not deserve my business. I've made it a point never to go to this Walmart, I'd rather driver further out than to be in this store. Sadly went for the first two me a long time ago. I found my reason to never step foot in it again. Besides the disorganized aisles, madness all around round. The bathroom was disgusting!! Where is safety and sanitation department to report this! Nathaniel in electronics was very helpful during my visit on Tuesday 4/1. I needed ink and he suggested the best one based off of what I was printing (showed him the image) and how many pages I was going to print. We moved onto the printing area and he invested his time in showing me different options that I can pick from to print a poster size image and a banner. I was having some difficulty finding the other images I needed but he remained patient with me. Eventually I told him I'd be back for the prints. Horrible service at the auto center Walked in to ask about replacing my battery which isn't good and I've gotten two opinions that my battery is in fact bad. I came to this Walmart to exchange it because the one in Rialto didn't have my battery in stock. The girl at the front desk had a bad attitude and kept telling me my battery was charging and in good condition when I've gotten TWO OPINIONS that it's bad and can't be replaced. She was not helpful at all and seem bothered by the entire situation. I went in with my kid that has a disability and one of the employees was asking him if he was disabled because the cards the people drive around in the store are only for disabled individuals. Don't waste your time. Everything is locked up now. If you think you're going for a quick trip think again because you will spend 40 minutes waiting for someone to unlock something as basic as soap. The poor employees have to run around doing ten jobs at once. Hire more people to better assist everyone stop being cheap. You used to be able wait for the item to be unlocked and then go and pay at whatever register you wanted to. Now even the legos get put in those clear boxes and you have to wait in a long line simply because one of your items is behind a designated counter. They also give you a hard time about the alcohol which is understandable but their responses are ridiculous. Every time my husband and I go get alcohol we get into the same line but pay separately. When I go to pay they ask for both of our IDs even though we are paying separately and they do not know for sure that we are together. What if I met this person in line? Walmart Delivery and Shipping are a scam. They will charge differently for both. Free Shipping but not Delivery??? Sure I understand. I've used this method for years and this year they changed it up, increasing shipping charges by a tenfold to encourage people to sign up for Walmart+. They are not Amazon, they don't offer the same features and they want to charge more for membership. No thanks, easier to shop elsewhere or I'll just go back to Amazon. You procede to go to the store and luck up said items and you sit for 3 hrs waiting for someone to come out and tell you oh we'll be right out with your stuff. I went to Walmart to get a money order, I asked a employee that works there, " What time do the money center open" she said 8am. I stood in line from 7:55am until 8:20am. When I asked another employee will someone be coming over to service the line that had accumulated, she told us that someone have to get the money together in a snobby way. This store lacks customer service skills. Most of the workers I've spoken with are rude and seem to not want to be at work. Also, during a self-checkout experience, Elizabeth yelled as I walked up, are you spark? Repeatedly. She never spoke to me. She then yelled, it's 15 items; it's on the sign. She hindered me from checking out after I shared that another patron had items in the same cart as me and would be paying separately. I got a pop-up on the screen. She called her manager after telling me, "no" she would not clear the screen pop-up for an associate. When the team lead arrived, she could not clarify if it was 15 items per cart or what the process was if several people were together paying separately. She stated, "They would have to go to another register." I shared, that's not happening. After all this lost time, the person with me had to go to another register to pay for medication because that one item could not be checked out at self-checkout. The issue is I've paid for my medication at least twice in the past. To add more insult, the Team Lead stood watching us the entire time until we left. She then walked away. I asked the worker who scanned the medication about the inconsistencies. She started talking loudly and rudely and using hand gestures. I had to advise her to put her hand down and watch her tone. I have also noticed at this store, most items are locked up, and their staff follow you around as if you are stealing, but when you need assistance, it's at least a 15-minute wait. I had never been harassed at a Walmart until I entered this one. I tried calling this store to access the store manager, but no one has answered the call after several attempts. read more
