If I could give 0 stars I would, this shop did nothing to help my sister exchange her bridesmaid dress they promised would match the wedding color. The color looks nothing like sage and gaslit the her about color instead of helping her exchange regardless of the bride saying it doesn't match. Why tell her to ask the bride if it's okay when they knew the color was off. She called and was told to come back in store to see what they can do then proceeded to say there was nothing they could do, why have her waste her time to tell her in person they refuse help correct a mistake when they promised the color match the rest of the bridesmaids. $200 down the drain cause they're color blind!! read more

They didn't make my experience one of just buying a dress but really worked to get to know me and connect with me so that this would be memorable for years to come. From the first time I entered, Maribel and her daughters felt like friends and listened to what I wanted in a dress. They went above and beyond with team work to make my vision possible. Their personalities were top notch and allowed this experience to be a true partnership. I left with a heart full of gratitude and excitement while even shedding some tears. Service was horrible from the owner. The young girl who was the only staff there did help me and my daughter out. We went to see the quince dresses there and when we first came in owner was nice and friendly. When I asked if my daughter can try on a dress she really liked, she said shell charge me $5 and I said it was fine. She said she just had to "find a dress for a customer" and I said "Thats okay. Its fine." After she looked through the last half of the book ( about 10 minutes or longer) a lady came in with a few guests. She asked her something about a dress. The owner turned around, looked at me, and walked away to find that dress I guess because she later came out with it. By the time she came out though, my daughter was already trying on the quince dress she liked, thanks to the young lady there and because I asked her if my daughter could try it on. When my daughter had her dress on though, the owner came over to say nice things about my daughter and the dress which obviously I didnt care what she thought. She wanted us to buy it and my daughter did love that dress, but were not going back again. I understand not everyone may like my punk style, but I know the owner didnt like me at all because of it, but I dont think its right how she ignored me and my guests. We were clients there to buy a dress and would of if it wasnt for being ignored. But I really appreciate the young lady who was there helping, just dont remember her name. Sorry! read more

0/10 recommend wasting your money here. They will sell you promises of helping you find the perfect dress but after their own mess up refuse to assist you. They obviously are color blind as they ordered the wrong color dress after I showed them multiple times the color I needed. I was assured if there was anything wrong they would fix it. When I picked up the dress I paid in full for and it was the wrong color they made it seem like it was my fault and did nothing to help. Now I am out that money and need to find something else. I went into the shop and spoke with Lily, explained that I was looking for her expertise to find a bridesmaid dress. I showed the employee photos of the color required. She showed me a few catalogs that offered that she CONFIRMED was that specific color. I put a deposit of half the price of the item and when I picked the dress up, I expressed concern that the color was too light compared to the reference photos. I did not want to make a hassle as they were near closing so I paid the remaining portion of the dress, figuring as I paid a hefty amount, they would ensure customer satisfaction and if the bride was dissatisfied, I could go back to the store and they would help me. The bride expressed her concern, I called back a few days later explaining the situation, they asked me to come in with the dress and confirmed they would help me figure it out. I rushed after work, made the 40 minute drive, all for the manager, Maribel, to tell me she could not do anything for me. I explained that I expressed concern when I tried the dress on, she said it was my decision to leave with the dress. I asked if I were to have left the dress at the store, and came back another day if they would have been able to help me, she said possibly, to which I asked why they did not give that option upfront. She reiterated that once the dress leaves the store they cannot do anything. I expressed my frustration that Lily assured me the dress selected would be the color that was needed, not understanding how they could not help me for a mistake their employee made. They did not apologize for the mistake, did not offer any solutions so I am now out of a chunk of money for a dress I cannot use. I know they could have easily taken the dress back, resold it, and ordered an alternative. Instead of shopping online, I decided to support a local small business and am now suffering their consequences of their incompetent staff. read more

I was in urgent need for a formal dress and came to Bella Bella as my last resort (only because it's far from where I live). I regret not coming sooner they have the nicest staff. I was taken care of promptly even though the place was full of customers. The young girl helping me complete understood what I wanted and what I was looking for. Great selection of dresses. I purchased two dresses so far! Customer service was good, but it was too hot in the building and especially in the dressing rooms. If they change that it would be better. They could have helped me while I was trying on a dress a bit better, but I would still buy from them. Not only are the hours on Yelp wrong, I called specifically to make sure they would be open BEFORE I drove an hour to get here and while no one answered the phone, their answering machine specifically states "we are open 6 days a week Sunday through Friday from 10 to 7, only closed on Saturdays." Well I just drove an hour in traffic to find their doors are closed...AND the hours on the door state they are not open on Tuesdays. You need to update your Yelp hours and most importantly you NEED to update the message on your phone because you are impacting people very severely by putting out the wrong information. What a waste of time and gas. Now I get to drive an hour back home, empty handed. read more

The staff is attentive and nice. Has a good selection of dresses. However, we were lied to about the cost of the dress and cost of alterations. We tried on a dress that was clearly not the correct size (zipper wouldn't go up). However, they told us we can order the dress and if we put in the order by the following day (Monday) it will be available by end of the week. We discussed in detail about ordering since we were also told if not in stock at the warehouse, it can take a month. I was sure to ask how long it would take before we needed the dress by a certain date. We asked the price of the dress and wrote it on the business card. We still wanted to go to another store. By the evening we decided we wanted the dress at Bella Bella. We went back the next day and we were then told the dress cost was significantly higher and the reason was because it had to be ordered. Please keep in mind we discussed ordering the dress with this exact same lady now telling us a higher price. We were very confused. However, it's the dress we wanted, so we ended up paying the higher price. The dress came in a couple of days later, so we went to try it on and needed it hemmed. We were told it would be ready in a week, and we would need to pay $35 cash to the seamstress. A week went by, and there no call. We called to check the status of the alterations and were told that we had not paid for the dress yet and we needed to pay first. We had already paid for the dress in full and had a receipt, and the bank statement showing it was paid in full. We had to text them the receipt! Once received, they said it was gonna now take 2 more weeks for the alterations. We would be getting the dress 2 days before we need it. We didn't really have a choice so we went with it. Luckily, it was dine sooner. However, when we went to try on and pick up, we were charged $95 for the alterations. We ended up paying way more than planned for this dress. Since they were not honest about their prices I will not be returning or recommending them. read more
