When I called the store to report that they were distributing tampered products, they flat out refused to cooperate and stated they do not do refunds. I told the employee directly that I am filing a chargeback with my bank. Do not trust this establishment with collectibles. They are selling used, tampered goods as new and will refuse to take any responsibility when you call them out on it.
