Suffice to say that he asked me to bring the truck in and give them a chance to make things right. I dropped off the truck yesterday for a complimentary detail, and would have had it back same day but opted to have them take care of a recall at the same time when my service advisor Raymond pointed out there was one pending. He did say they would probably need to keep it over night, so no sweat. Free Lyft was provided home and back too. Well I just picked it up and it looks amazing! I'm honestly stoked to just look at it again and that is a great feeling. I have to say, in reference to my previous review, mistakes happen. We all make them. What really defines a person, and a business, is how one responds to those mistakes and what steps are taken to rectify them. As far as I'm concerned these guys handled this situation with grace and professionalism. They weren't the ones directly responsible for the previous fiasco, but they stepped up and made it right no questions asked. As far as I'm concerned we are square. Brendan did not disappoint! I arrived a little before 10:00, and Brendan came out, greeted me, and we chatted for a bit before getting down to business. He took the time to go over my car, understand exactly what I needed, and worked thoroughly with his team to make sure everything was covered. 36 out of 36 items checked and covered! Even when an additional service needed to be added, Brendan made the entire process easy. He sent me a video, clearly explained what needed to be done, kept me updated by text, and made sure I understood everything along the way. And let me give him EXTRA credit for this: Brendan went looking for coupons and available discounts to help take some of the pain out of that final price! Now THAT is the kind of Service Advisor I appreciate! I have always enjoyed the hospitality at Boulevard Cadillac and have had great experiences since I started bringing my vehicle here. We bought this car June 27th 2025 2 months after that the power steering went bad. We called this dealership we purchased the car from and they had us take it to our local Range Rover. The cost for the repair was ridiculous. Over 5,000 we had messaged them again stating we weren't going to pay for that because we believed they had sold us a defective car in the first place. No way this should be happening 2 months into us having a new car . Fast forward we ended up getting it fixed with a (credit) they gave us of 1,500 and took it to another mechanic shop that was more affordable. It got fixed. However we started having multiple other problems with the vehicle. Started with a transmission leak, ended up with a transmission problem. And now our car will NOT start and it's just been sitting there for about 2-3 months. Unable to fix it since it is considered a transmission problem. We believe they sold us a broken car in the first place, this car didn't even last us a full year. Yes we still have it but it's not running nor starting. It's a bit sad we're still making the payments for a car we aren't able to drive. Do yourself a favor a DO NOT PURCHASE A PRE OWNED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. i am upset we drive 2 hours for this car and we got scammed. We are trying to get a case using LEMON LAW at this point.
