I bought washer and dryer... dryer broke after 2 months... Couch was delivered broken and I quote " the 2x4 we used to fix it made it more sturdy" it's also broken with a big dip in the seat now... queen bed frame is also broken.. legs that hold up box spring ... coffee table and 2 end table no even usable.. they wiggle really bad and legs are no glued in or screwed... I tried to fix this myself and couldn't...: I would understand if 1 thing went wrong... BUT every piece I bought is crap and 6mos later and 5000$ wasted, I need to replace everything!!!!!!!!! Aarons did nothing but over charge for terrible stuff. Don't waste your money like I did!!

They even treated the spa cover so it would look good and last longer. We had one complaint from tenants about the smell of chlorine and they came right out and addressed it. Then they sent a supervisor out twice to ensure it was addressed. Our spa is always spotless. They are great! Above and beyond our expectations

For instance, we received a bill after two cleanings for a full drainage (even though it was brand new and just filled), they said it was a mistake and cancelled the bill. But then, guest kept complaining, waterline marks, spa not serviced or cleaned, etc. After the 5th guest complaint we cancelled our contract. Note that they send a photo every time they service, which is great, but once when we had a complaint the same day as they serviced, I checked and saw that the photo sent was not my hot tub... And more than once the technician turned off the water which connects to our separate house (a knob next to the water to the tub), which had guests complain of no water and we had to send a plumber and realized the water connection had been closed. The amount of issues in 2 months was so high that we decided to no longer work with them. Every time we called they were polite, apologized, and said they'd send someone over. But after seven issues we just decided we had to change company. A shame as we really wanted it to work out, their rates were reasonable, the lady at reception nice. But in the end, we paid to have a clean hot tub for our guests and only had issues.
