I was often ignored by Bob who every time I approached their counter seemed to just have his hands in his pockets, then literally walk away from me to allow someone else take care of me. There was a man named "Frankie"? who was always enthusiastically taking care of us. Unfortunately, after almost 4 months of not seeing my favorite attendant at that counter, I inquired and was informed by a male worker he had since left.
