Have had numerous occasions where I call and leave messages and no one returns my calls. They also lacked to provide information regarding my CPAP. According to them I am to change certain parts every two weeks but was not told this until 10 months after starting my CPAP therapy so I was using parts that grow bacteria even after cleaning for 3-4 months at time. They were not helpful when I started my CPAP and was breaking out due to the mask fit. I've had an overall horrible experience with this company and it all started on day 1 (literally). I figured this would be perfect to take his mind off things since this will be his first Christmas's since his mother left us for his bus driver. And to make things worse he caught them in the act. I felt they would be nice because they are a target brand... but I made the mistake of trusting the product that was constructed with greed and pure evil not Christmas spirit. As Edgar started unboxing his kit I instantly knew something was wrong. He tried putting the pieces together and nothing fit properly. He was so frustrated the tears started flowing down his face. To make matters worse he said the white creamy icing reminded him of his bus driver. He tried over and over to make the pieces fit and the house tumbled down continuously. He said I wish mom was here she would fix it and I questioned myself as a father. The pieces of the house were constructed so poorly no one would be able to make these fit. Edgar then started acting out in frustration. Taking the individual components of the house and trying to swallow them whole saying this is what mommy did with yellow bus Bennie. Let's just say thanks to target I lost my Christmas and now my son. I'll never forget the pain in his eyes as it kept toppling over. Christmas is about family, Jesus, good times, and memories. This is the second time in 3 months that they were out of stock on a popular mainstream medication. I got a message on my answering machine 11/10 or regarding my prescription and returned that call on 11/15 (I was on vacation). I asked if the script was ready for pickup and was told it was out of stock. I grumbled a bit and the story changed; now it IS in stock but cannot be filled until 11/21 (not a Walgreen issue, insurance rules). Then I was asked, despite my call asking if the script is ready to be picked up, if I would like it filled. I was tempted to ask the staffer why else would I ask if it were ready for pickup, but I was not in the mood for a lecture from the pharmacist about how fragile the feelings of her staff are. As far as impending store closing goes, I can think of no other reason for repeated, frequent and regular out of stock issues than dwindling sales causing corporate managers to reduce inventory levels as they decide what to do with the store. Given the level of inconvenience suffered by customers, the reason behind such a situation, if it does exist, is clear.

I was trying to return an item and had the transaction code on my phone. The cashier, in her haste to move me along, insisted the code didn't work/scan and wanted To give me less than I was due. She called a mgr and I explained the amount to him. ($20). the mgr accused me of NOT BEING NICE to his employee! After they she insulted my integrity and told me the code didn't work, he took me to another register and swiftly resolved my refund issue and yes the code scan did work!! Yes, $20 is a lot of money to a retired care giver but the way I was treated by this unskilled "care program" hawking employee is dispicable!! i know that no one at CVS will address this and some folks will scoff, but I am truly offended!!
