The service from the lead compounding pharmacist (and everybody else I have spoken with) has been stellar; I feel comfortable that he knows what he is doing. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the final product. I really appreciate it as it is a rare medicine for a rare disorder and few compounding pharmacies want to work with it. You can pick up in the store, go thru the drive thru, or have your meds shipped (and shipping is very affordable, only $4 for 2-3 day). Unlike my old pharmacy, they do not spam my phone when my RXes are ready (thanks muchly for that! :)). Getting ahold of them is super easy, you can either call and press option 4 or text. This is the fifth compounding pharmacy I have used in more than a decade for my rare disorder and I could not be more pleased. Please support your local, independent pharmacy rather than a chain (especially evil CVS!). Thanks again!

My son Edgar who is 7 and I went to target to pickup a gingerbread house kit. He was so excited. I figured this would be perfect to take his mind off things since this will be his first Christmas's since his mother left us for his bus driver. And to make things worse he caught them in the act. I wanted him to enjoy the old fashion fun of building his own little slice of Christmas. We picked up the "favorite day" brand kits. I felt they would be nice because they are a target brand... but I made the mistake of trusting the product that was constructed with greed and pure evil not Christmas spirit. As Edgar started unboxing his kit I instantly knew something was wrong. He tried putting the pieces together and nothing fit properly. He was so frustrated the tears started flowing down his face. To make matters worse he said the white creamy icing reminded him of his bus driver. He tried over and over to make the pieces fit and the house tumbled down continuously. He said I wish mom was here she would fix it and I questioned myself as a father. The pieces of the house were constructed so poorly no one would be able to make these fit. Edgar then started acting out in frustration. Taking the individual components of the house and trying to swallow them whole saying this is what mommy did with yellow bus Bennie. Let's just say thanks to target I lost my Christmas and now my son. I'll never forget the pain in his eyes as it kept toppling over. Christmas is about family, Jesus, good times, and memories. All I got out of the favorite day target brand ginger bread house was a memory. A horrible memory that can't be forgotten. Go to Walmart. God bless.

They immediately call when your script is ready and have even ordered things I've asked for. Not once has anyone violated my very personal illness at the counter while they've been busy or has made me feel bad about asking for help locating a product on ther shelf. They go above and beyond with compounding my script and supplying other non gmo and preservative free items you can buy locally and pay cash (yes you can use a bank card too) for. That's a 10 star review from me!! The best pharmacy around town!! If you reside in NYS, they can even ship your hard to find compounding scripts to you!! What a treasure we have in the 518 of NYS!!! The pharmacist read through everything on the bottle, with other customers around, and opened the ointment container. I didn't ask for any of that and couldn't wait to get back in my car. If you're going over medication with a customer, consider their privacy and hear them when they say they don't have any questions or concerns. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, when I could have just been handed the prescription and walked out.

We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I'd leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they're fabulous.

They tried to tell…read moreme there was a limit on what my insurance would pay for - which was not true - and they just filled a portion of the prescription. Terrible service. Had to get a prescription written twice by my doctor and sent in again. Next time - I will stick to Walmart. I had never used Marra's before and the pharmacist was encouraging me to transfer my prescriptions here - I have 6 people in my family - so it would have been a lot. Lucky for me I didn't.
