No, it's in small print at the bottom of your receipt with no notification until you try to bring it in for a return. Not returning here, in any meaning of the word. Shysters.

The counter is barricaded behind plexiglass. The pharmacist wears a mask. People consistently have a difficult time hearing or understanding her, which results in having to raise voices. She absolutely insists on counseling everyone on their medication, and in this environment that means that everyone in the area knows what the patient is taking, the side effects, and precautions. It's a violation of privacy and frequently embarrassing to the patient. Community Pharmacy is right down the road: no plexiglass, not in the middle of a busy grocery store, and you can speak in a normal tone of voice.

Unfortunately, our recent experience with Justin Family Pharmacy was among the most disappointing we've encountered. Following a visit to the emergency room, our son's prescription was sent to Justin Family Pharmacy. Before proceeding, he contacted the pharmacy to confirm they were in-network with TRICARE, and the staff confirmed they were. However, when asked to provide insurance information, the technician requested details such as the RxBIN number. As a military family, we only have a military ID, which typically suffices for prescriptions and does not include an RxBIN. Rather than assisting by looking up the necessary information using our sponsor's Social Security number--a standard procedure--or contacting TRICARE directly, the technician instead advised us to call CVS or Walgreens to have the prescription transferred. When I asked for clarification, he plainly stated that he did not want our business. I was shocked by the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which we were treated. In all our years of dealing with pharmacies both in the U.S. and abroad, we have never experienced such rudeness or unwillingness to assist. This was not only frustrating but disheartening, especially given the high level of respect and care military families are accustomed to receiving in healthcare settings. I hope this feedback encourages a review of service practices at this location. No patient--military or civilian--should be treated with such disregard.
