CVS is a national chain and should have similar experiences wherever you go. But this location is the worst. The pharmacy rarely has things ready on time, even when you have the text saying an item is ready. The worst part though is the front cashier. There is an older lady there who constantly drops her keys and loses coupons that aren't read by the self checkout. And usually it's only self check out open as she prefers you check yourself out while she just stands around. If you need help, because machines make errors, she's worse than the machine. This is no less than my third experience with her particularly. A regional manager really needs to visit and assess operations. I'm going to start driving further for a better experience! read more

Kim, an employee here followed me from the back to the front to inform me in front of all the other customers that I couldn't wear a backpack in the store as part of policy and had to leave it at the front with them as I shopped. She then asked what I was looking for, which I informed her after treating me like a criminal and harassing me to the point of embarrassing me, nothing. I was done shopping and finalized my purchase of tampons and pads for my teenage daughter, you know because when I steal that's a 41 year old male goes after. I was sure to let her know that before profiling people, think outside the box. I had an empty backpack on because I ride a motorcycle and need a way to get home with my merchandise. After walking out I decided to go back in and get a little more info on the no backpack policy. Was it posted? No. Was it company wide? She was unsure it was just something "that was told to her". This time in front of everyone I let her know she had made me feel like a thief, unwanted as a customer and embarrassed for absolutely nothing. She apologized and said I could wear my backpack any time, quick change of said policy. Anyways no need to beat a dead horse but CVS will never get my business again, any location. There's plenty of Walgreeen's nearby and I wear my backpack in there all the time after parking my bike outside and have never once been made to feel anything other than welcome. DISGUSTING!! I should note first of all, they only have one and a half star review before I even post this. I went into the ladies room and it was beyond nasty. I mean feminine issue nasty. I went and told the pharmacy and the pharmacist said somebody just made me aware, I'll call the manager. I heard her page the manager. And I heard her page the manager again. So as I'm walking up to the front of the store and I see a guy scanning products. I asked him if he was the manager, and he said yes he was. I told him you're being paged. He kind of shrugged and looked at me like, well? I told him the ladies room was in dire need of attention and that it was unusable. I bought a phone cord from there that didn't work. I went up to the counter & no one was there. So I said "Hello". Andrew comes over and told me "you don't need to yell buddy". I'm not your buddy. I told him "I wasn't yelling" & asked "what am I supposed to do walk every aisle till I can find someone?" "Is there a bell to ring?" He just said "ok". I will admit I did say it loud enough for the whole store to hear it. If I would have said it in a conversational tone, how would anyone in the back hear it? It wasn't in an aggressive manner. I recently moved and transferred my prescriptions to the CVS on 2181. Worst idea ever! The four times I have gone to pick up prescriptions they are never ready, despite getting text messages stating that they were ready. Also there is an obnoxious pharmacy tech who sucks on lollipops while pretending to help you. This morning, I went to pick up the day after I received the text stating my prescriptions were ready. I had been fighting to get it filled for a week. CVS told me I can't trust the app when requesting refills. Wtf. Then they tell me that they will need to contact my doctor for a new prescription. I was confused. You told me it's ready. I told them all they had to do was transfer it from Walgreens, which I had already requested. They literally didn't know what to do and told me they would reach out when my prescription was approved. I called my old pharmacy. It's ready for pick up. It's a 30 minute drive but I'd rather make the drive than deal with the ignorance that is CVS. read more

I went in to get some water, and when I went to the checkout, there was nobody there. I called out THREE times, searched the store... NOBODY. This location opened in August, yet they were nowhere to be found on Yelp or Google. I only knew of this place as it's on my route and I watched them take forever to build it. The building is quite large and the windows are so dark that it's difficult to tell if they are open unless you see cars in the lot. It didn't make sense to me that they even built it as there is a CVS about 3 miles down the road on the corner of Teasley. However, the choice of intersection does give you an option in Highland Village and Corinth as well. They are located at the intersection of FM 2499 and FM 2181 where Corinth and Denton meet. They are on the Corinth side and are only accessible if you are heading into Denton on 2181, though they do have several exits. I do not find this location convenient to make it a go to for my regular prescription needs due to the accessibility, but it certainly does the job if you are heading in the right direction. I only came here because I was looking for a very specific item that I wanted to locate before I got home and the Walgreens in Flower Mound had already let me down. I was surprised to find that this location is not 24 hours, I was under the impression that all locations were. Being open until 10pm probably works for most people, but not opening until 8am might conflict with a lot of people's work schedules. There was a small staff working, it appeared two people in the pharmacy and one at the front. There may have been more people that I missed, but I think the staff is small because they aren't very crowded. It was just after 5pm, a time I would consider to be peak for a pharmacy, and I would have to guess they aren't crowded because people haven't discovered they are open yet, or find the location inconvenient, take your pick. That being said, I wasn't the only person there, but the place is large enough that none of us really crossed paths. There also wasn't a line at either counter, which is always nice. I will also say that the location appeared very clean, organized and well stocked. Though the item I came for seemed overpriced, I took a quick peak at some other items I get on a regular basis and can confirm that their prices are in line with all their other locations. Like all locations there is a drive thru at the pharmacy if you prefer. They take insurance and depending on your plan, CVS may be a requirement, so this is definitely an option for you. They all print coupons on their receipts, but beware that they will expire quickly so check the dates. I didn't really have any questions as I found the items I was looking for pretty quickly. However, the staff was friendly while I was there. They have the same selection of first aid, cold/flu and convenience items you would find at any of their locations. What else is there to say? I'm fed up with this location. I've tried and tried to give them the chance to improve but I'm so done with them. Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Very unprofessional. While waiting to get me flu shot last fall I was told to go sit and wait for the pharmacist. Waited about 15 minutes. I stepped up to the counter to ask if there was a problem and the pharmacist then snapped at me to sit down he would be with me when he was done. Dummy me, I waited. Finally came over to give me my shot and was very rude. So, now lately, I've gone by to pick up my prescriptions two times right before 9:00 pm. Got there at 8:50 last night and the drive thru window is closed! I hit the button for service because there was someone inside working. Totally ignored me. It says their store is open until 11:00 pm. Liars! Not customer friendly for sure. read more

Transferred my scripts to this location after moving and it was clearly a huge mistake! No return call after leaving a message a week ago, closes for lunch? When did that happen? Rude staff and scripts were put on hold more than once without anyone calling me. Always ask to have all scripts filled at the same time so I don't have to make multiple trips and they can't even make that happen even when they're all up for refill at the same time. They are in no hurry at all. Had my wisdom teeth extracted. Had 3 different scripts called in. They told me 2 hours. It took them over 4 hours to fill the scripts. After I called to check after 2 hours, they said 2 more hours. After 2 more hours I called, and they said maybe 45-1hr longer. So I drove straight up there. Asked for the main pharmacist. My scripts were sitting in a basket. They are really lackluster at their job. No sense of urgency when people need meds. I work in healthcare service in an operating room, so I do know a thing or two about patient care. If you need something quickly and friendly, don't go here. Went here for COVID 19 testing. Being a punctual person, I showed up twenty minutes early, pulled up to an empty drive through only to be told to come back at my appointed time. I came back to complete my test. They said 24 to 36 hours for results. I needed the results because my daughter happened to be visiting from out of town when I thought I was exposed and needed to know if I was positive or not so she could return to work. Now, nine days later, Nine days, and still no results. It has cost my daughter significantly in loss of income because of her inability to return to work. This is my new pharmacy. after many years getting jerked around by Walmart and the long lines, I'd had enough!! Walmart refused to accept a manufactures coupon for a drug that was going to cost $300.00, even with insurance. In fact, they told me that because of the cost, I had no choice but to do a mail order. I called my Insurance company, they said that was a lot of BS and to try another Pharmacy. I took my perscription and coupon to this CVS. I walked right up to the counter, no lines, The Pharmacist recognized the coupon, picked it up from the counter without a word. my perscription was filled in 10 minutes and I walked out the door $35.00 poorer. My son just had surgery and needed something over the counter to help with nausea, fairly urgent issue. I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing and the front door was already locked. I stood there and tried calling because I could see the employees in the back room dumping trashes. No one would answer the phone and no one would respond to my knocking. I find it very upsetting that they would close 10 minutes early when it is clearly posted on the door as well as online that they close at 10 PM.
