You cannot only see it when you walk through the doors, you FEEL it! The residents are happy, they're active, they're being social. This place looks like a cruise ship planted in Ft. Wayne, IN. The staff was warm and welcoming, they knew every resident's name and even appeared to really care about them! If you're a mother of a 4 year old, you know how self aware children are at this age. She didn't ask my daughter for consent to examine her even when it came to her private parts. I had to intervene to tell her to ask for consent. When I did so she robotically responded with something along the lines of, "I usually tell children since I am a doctor and mommy is right here I can do this". I don't know about you, but I strongly disagree with this. Not only is it dangerous to condition your child to think figures of "authority" don't have to ask for consent, it's wrong. Hannah Ashmore was not apologetic nor cared about how I wanted my daughter's care handled. Also, she didn't address my daughter much at all, going to the doctor is scary at this age. The possibility of getting shots for toddlers is terrifying. Hannah Ashmore performed horribly as a pediatrician. I have seen many pediatricians in my 5 years of being a mother and have never left a place this distraught and disappointed. If you are raising a free thinker and care about your child as their own person, I would suggest looking elsewhere for care.

Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in. No forgiveness from them and I have no forgiveness for them.
